Nikdo se ale ke koupi \u010dty\u0159patrov\u00e9 budovy bez oken s obchodn\u00ed plochou 1 500 metr\u016f \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00edch zat\u00edm nem\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Don je sice v centru m\u011bsta a skv\u011ble dostupn\u00fd, to v\u0161ak k modern\u00edmu nakupov\u00e1n\u00ed u\u017e nesta\u010d\u00ed, chyb\u00ed mu hlavn\u011b parkovi\u0161t\u011b, kter\u00e9 je v sou\u010dasnosti pro v\u011bt\u0161inu z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f z\u00e1sadn\u00ed. H\u0159eb\u00ed\u010dkem do rakve tehdej\u0161\u00edho domu m\u00f3dy pak bylo vybudov\u00e1n\u00ed obchodn\u00edho centra Atrium, kter\u00e9 disponuje parkovi\u0161t\u011bm a z\u00e1rove\u0148 p\u0159\u00edmo soused\u00ed s hypermarketem Tesco. Do konkuren\u010dn\u00edho Atria po jeho otev\u0159en\u00ed z Donu tak\u00e9 utekl dlouholet\u00fd n\u00e1jemn\u00edk \u2013 drogerie DM.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b tak v betonov\u00e9 krabici s\u00eddl\u00ed u\u017e jen prodejna n\u00e1bytku, kuchyn\u00ed, keramiky a jeden butik. V\u00edce ne\u017e p\u011btisetmetrov\u00e9 prostory ve \u010dtvrt\u00e9m pat\u0159e pak zej\u00ed pr\u00e1zdnotou. A dal\u0161\u00ed konkurent star\u00e9ho obcho\u010f\u00e1ku \u2013 n\u00e1kupn\u00ed centrum Aupark u Koruny \u2013 u\u017e pomalu za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 vznikat. Je sice zat\u00edm jen na pap\u00ed\u0159e, ale k jeho v\u00fdstavb\u011b u\u017e je vyd\u00e1no \u00fazemn\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed a pokra\u010duje stavebn\u00ed \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201e\u00dazemn\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed napadla n\u011bkter\u00e1 ob\u010dansk\u00e1 sdru\u017een\u00ed, tak\u017ee putovalo na krajsk\u00fd \u00fa\u0159ad, kter\u00fd by o n\u011bm m\u011bl rozhodnout,\u201c informoval n\u00e1m\u011bstek hradeck\u00e9ho prim\u00e1tora Jind\u0159ich Vedlich. Kdysi vyhl\u00e1\u0161en\u00fd obchodn\u00ed d\u016fm Don byl postaven v roce 1981 jako specializovan\u00e1 prodejna oble\u010den\u00ed a m\u00f3dn\u00edch dopl\u0148k\u016f. Po revoluci v roce 1989 v n\u011bm s\u00eddlilo n\u011bkolik butik\u016f nebo drogerie.
