Nyn\u00ed ob\u011b rivalsk\u00e1 m\u011bsta za\u010dala spolupracovat a sny o jejich propojen\u00ed se pomalu zhmot\u0148uj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more-->\u010cty\u0159proudov\u00e1 silnice mezi ob\u011bma krajsk\u00fdmi m\u011bsty byla na\u010drtnut\u00e1 na pap\u00ed\u0159e u\u017e 30 let, ale stavbu vytrvale blokoval b\u00fdval\u00fd starosta Opatovic coby vlastn\u00edk pozemku o velikosti 41 metr\u016f \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00edch.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u017delezni\u010dn\u00ed dvoukolejka byla pro tehdej\u0161\u00edho ministra dopravy Gustava Slame\u010dku na druh\u00e9 koleji a jeho n\u00e1stupce V\u00edt B\u00e1rta ji rovnou zatrhl jako nepot\u0159ebnou a drahou. O cyklostezce \u201emechu a pern\u00edku\u201c se vedly jen plamenn\u00e9 projevy a ob\u011b m\u011bsta se vz\u00e1jemn\u011b obvi\u0148ovala, kdo ji brzd\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A lodn\u00ed doprava po Labi? Je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed dv\u011bma lety \u00fapln\u00fd nesmysl. A te\u010f? V\u0161e je \u00fapln\u011b jinak!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Stav\u00ed se jak o z\u00e1vod, vykupuj\u00ed se pozemky, kohout se stovkami milion\u016f korun najednou povolil, neur\u010dit\u00e9 sliby st\u0159\u00edd\u00e1 uji\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed, \u017ee u\u017e brzo bude podstatn\u011b l\u00edp.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eKa\u017ed\u00e1 z t\u011bchto dopravn\u00edch tras je jin\u00e9ho charakteru. Na stejnou \u00farove\u0148 bych postavil \u010dty\u0159proudovou silnici s druhou \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed kolej\u00ed. Cyklostezka je ale srde\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1le\u017eitost, kter\u00e1 symbolizuje vztah Hradce s Pardubicemi,\u201c p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161l\u00ed n\u00e1m\u011bstek hradeck\u00e9ho prim\u00e1tora Jind\u0159ich Vedlich.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>1. Dvoukolejka se za\u010dne stav\u011bt letos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hotovo bude do \u010dty\u0159 let Uk\u00e1zkov\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edpadem, jak ministerstvo dopravy b\u011bhem kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 doby zcela p\u0159ehodnotilo sv\u00e9 z\u00e1m\u011bry, je zastaral\u00e9 \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed spojen\u00ed mezi Hradcem Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 a Pardubicemi. Zat\u00edmco V\u00edt B\u00e1rta takzvanou dvoukolejku zmrazil, \u0159editel \u010cesk\u00fdch drah Petr \u017daluda nyn\u00ed informoval, \u017ee u\u017e letos p\u0159ite\u010de prvn\u00edch 250 milion\u016f korun a cel\u00e1 trasa m\u00e1 b\u00fdt hotov\u00e1 maxim\u00e1ln\u011b do \u010dty\u0159 let.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prvn\u00ed p\u0159ijde letos na \u0159adu \u00fasek mezi St\u00e9blovou a Opatovicemi. \u201eStavba by nem\u011bla b\u00fdt p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1, proto\u017ee koleje zde vedou pouze lesem,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Roman Morav\u010d\u00edk, \u0159editel Krajsk\u00e9ho centra osobn\u00ed dopravy \u010cesk\u00fdch drah, podle n\u011bho\u017e se po dokon\u010den\u00ed cel\u00e9ho \u00faseku dvoukolejky zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed rychlost vlak\u016f ze 110 a\u017e na 160 kilometr\u016f za hodinu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jeho tvrzen\u00ed podpo\u0159il i \u017daluda, jen\u017e p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00ed rok na \u201ehradubickou\u201c \u017eeleznici po\u0161le p\u011bt \u00fapln\u011b nov\u00fdch souprav z plze\u0148sk\u00e9 \u0161kodovky. \u201ePodm\u00ednkou je pochopiteln\u011b zdvojkolejn\u011bn\u00ed. Nem\u00edn\u00edme tyto soupravy nasazovat tam, kde je rychlost omezen\u00e1,\u201c uv\u00e1d\u00ed \u0159editel \u010cesk\u00fdch drah. Kompletn\u00ed dvoukolejka m\u00e1 st\u00e1t zhruba 1,4 miliardy. \u201eJsem p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den, \u017ee kdy\u017e vlaky budou jezdit kr\u00e1tkou dobu, lid\u00e9 p\u0159estanou jezdit auty a autobusy a vlaky budou zapln\u011bny,&#8220; m\u00edn\u00ed \u017daluda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>2. \u010cty\u0159proudov\u00e1 silnice<\/strong> <strong>se m\u00e1 otev\u0159\u00edt u\u017e v kv\u011btnu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><\/strong>S tvrzen\u00edm \u017daludy o tom, \u017ee cestuj\u00edc\u00ed daj\u00ed p\u0159ednost \u017eeleznici, ost\u0159e kontrastuje \u010dil\u00fd ruch na staveni\u0161ti \u010dty\u0159proudov\u00e9 silnice, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 m\u011bsta spojit za dva m\u011bs\u00edce.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Budov\u00e1n\u00ed sice dlouh\u00fdch sedm let blokoval b\u00fdval\u00fd starosta Opatovic Jan Tikal, ale vloni na podzim jeho miniparcelu nejprve z\u00edskalo \u0158editelstv\u00ed silnic a d\u00e1lnic a v listopadu se otev\u0159el dal\u0161\u00ed \u00fasek dlouh\u00fd 3,5 kilometru z Ohrazenic do Hrobic.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nyn\u00ed je na \u0159ad\u011b \u010d\u00e1st dlouh\u00e1 zhruba 650 metr\u016f u Ohrazenic a p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm dostavba u B\u0159ezhradu. Tu je\u0161t\u011b vloni blokovali dal\u0161\u00ed dva vlastn\u00edci pozemku, ale p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 soudn\u00ed spory a vlekouc\u00ed se proces vyvlast\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed jsou za\u017eehn\u00e1ny.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201ePozemek jsme prodali na p\u0159elomu roku,\u201c potvrzuje spoluvlastn\u00edk parcely V\u00e1clav Van\u011bk.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eP\u0159edpokl\u00e1dan\u00e9 otev\u0159en\u00ed stavby je 30. kv\u011bten 2012,\u201c uv\u00e1d\u00ed Bohumil Salaba z krajsk\u00e9ho odboru dopravy. Hradubick\u00e1 silnice by v\u0161ak nem\u011bla b\u00fdt \u201ejen\u201c pohodln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ale i rychlej\u0161\u00ed: m\u00edsto dosavadn\u00edch devades\u00e1ti kilometr\u016f v hodin\u011b by se tam mohlo v budoucnu jezdit a\u017e stodes\u00edtkou. \u201ePracujeme na tom, aby se tyto zm\u011bny je\u0161t\u011b projevily v legislativ\u011b,&#8220; \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 n\u00e1m\u011bstek ministra dopravy Ivo Toman.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>3. Cyklostezka<\/strong>: <strong>m\u00edsto \u0159evnivosti se jde do akce spole\u010dn\u011b<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desetiletou snahu o cyklistick\u00e9 spojen\u00ed Hradce s Pardubicemi p\u0159edloni m\u00e1lem zahubila \u0159evnivost a vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9 obvi\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed z toho, kdo budov\u00e1n\u00ed 23 kilometr\u016f dlouh\u00e9ho \u00faseku v\u00edce zdr\u017euje.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A dnes? Hradec spole\u010dn\u011b s Pardubicemi zalo\u017eil svazek Hradubick\u00e1 labsk\u00e1, kter\u00fd sdru\u017e\u00ed v\u0161echny obce na trase a spole\u010dn\u011b po\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1 fond dopravn\u00ed infrastruktury o dotaci. \u00dadajn\u011b p\u0159ed dokon\u010den\u00edm je projektov\u00e1 dokumentace, nejd\u0159\u00edve se za\u010dne pracovat na \u00faseku mezi Hradcem a Vysokou nad Labem a pot\u00ed\u017ee s vlastn\u00edky pozemk\u016f u Bukoviny se vy\u0159e\u0161\u00ed nouzov\u00fdm veden\u00edm stezky po st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed silnici. Trasa asi za 130 milion\u016f korun povede p\u0159es D\u0159\u00edte\u010d, N\u011bm\u010dice a R\u00e1by.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eBudeme se sna\u017eit, aby se z Hradce do Vysok\u00e9 za\u010dalo stav\u011bt p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00ed rok,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Vedlich, podle n\u011bho\u017e se stezce v\u00fdrazn\u011b uleh\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee v\u011bt\u0161inou povede po pozemc\u00edch Povod\u00ed Labe, kter\u00e9 se stavbou souhlas\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eO n\u011bjak\u00e9 rivalit\u011b \u010di \u0159evnivosti nem\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt \u0159e\u010d. Pom\u00e1h\u00e1me si, vol\u00e1me si, debatujeme. Mo\u017en\u00e1 to je t\u00edm, \u017ee se po posledn\u00edch volb\u00e1ch zm\u011bn ilo osazenstvo radnic v Hradci i u n\u00e1s,\u201c popisuje spole\u010dn\u00e9 ta\u017een\u00ed za cyklostezku n\u00e1m\u011bstek pardubick\u00e9 prim\u00e1torky Martin B\u00edlek.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>4. Lodn\u00ed dopravu zat\u00edm komplikuje jez u Opatovic<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dal\u0161\u00edm n\u00e1padem, kter\u00fd zapad\u00e1 do mozaiky v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed dopravn\u00ed prov\u00e1zanosti obou m\u011bst, je lodn\u00ed doprava. Pro za\u010d\u00e1tek by pr\u00fd sta\u010dil jen v\u00fdletn\u00ed parn\u00edk Arno\u0161t z Pardubic.
