T\u00edm do\u0161lo k v\u00fdrazn\u00e9mu nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed po\u010dtu proj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bj\u00edc\u00edch automobil\u016f.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eCelkov\u00e1 \u00faprava prostoru k\u0159i\u017eovatky ulic N\u00e1hon, Na Ob\u010din\u00e1ch a Na Drah\u00e1ch je ji\u017e del\u0161\u00ed dobu jednou z priorit Komise m\u00edstn\u00ed samospr\u00e1vy Mal\u0161ovice, a proto i d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm \u00fakolem pro veden\u00ed m\u011bsta,\u201c potvrdil Hradeck\u00e9mu den\u00edku Jind\u0159ich Vedlich, n\u00e1m\u011bstek prim\u00e1tora pro investice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">K\u0159i\u017eovatka nevyhovuje ani chodc\u016fm a cyklist\u016fm. Existuj\u00edc\u00ed cyklostezky na N\u00e1honu a Na Drah\u00e1ch kon\u010d\u00ed p\u0159ed zmi\u0148ovanou k\u0159i\u017eovatkou.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pro p\u011b\u0161\u00ed z n\u011bkter\u00fdch sm\u011br\u016f zase chyb\u011bj\u00ed chodn\u00edky. M\u011bsto by investic\u00ed cht\u011blo podpo\u0159it pr\u00e1v\u011b pohyb cyklist\u016f a p\u011b\u0161\u00edch a zv\u00fd\u0161it jejich bezpe\u010dnost.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eDnes je k\u0159i\u017eovatka dopravn\u011b neuspo\u0159\u00e1dan\u00e1, chyb\u00ed jasn\u00e9 vyzna\u010den\u00ed j\u00edzdn\u00edch pruh\u016f a fyzick\u00e9 odd\u011blen\u00ed p\u011b\u0161\u00edch a cyklist\u016f od motorov\u00e9 dopravy. C\u00edlem rekonstrukce je zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed bezpe\u010dnosti prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm vybudov\u00e1n\u00ed chodn\u00edk\u016f a cyklostezek mimo hlavn\u00ed dopravn\u00ed prostor,\u201c vyj\u00e1d\u0159il se k pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 rekonstrukci Jind\u0159ich Vedlich.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dodal, \u017ee v projektu m\u011bsto po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 tak\u00e9 se sadov\u00fdmi \u00fapravami okoln\u00edch ploch zelen\u011b a mohlo by doj\u00edt i k p\u0159esunu Husova pam\u00e1tn\u00edku na viditeln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed m\u00edsto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Stavba zklidn\u00ed dopravn\u00ed situaci, propoj\u00ed st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed cyklostezky a zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed celkovou estetickou \u00farove\u0148 m\u00edsta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Rekonstrukce U Husa vy\u0159e\u0161\u00ed dopravu k Placht\u011b<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Hradec Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9<\/strong>\u00a0 Dopravn\u00ed situace nen\u00ed jedin\u00fdm probl\u00e9m, kter\u00fd m\u00edstn\u00ed obyvatele tr\u00e1p\u00ed. \u201eChceme tak\u00e9 vy\u0159e\u0161it posunut\u00ed silnice, aby do vozovky nekoukal roh restaurace Na Hr\u00e1zce. TKv\u016fli o\u010dek\u00e1van\u00e9mu zdr\u017een\u00ed je mo\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee k zah\u00e1jen\u00ed stavby dojde a\u017e v p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edm roce.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eProjekt z roku 2007, ke kter\u00e9mu bylo v lo\u0148sk\u00e9m roce vyd\u00e1no \u00fazemn\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed, nezohled\u0148uje v pln\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e nov\u00e9 okolnosti. Od t\u00e9 doby do\u0161lo k dal\u0161\u00edmu stavebn\u00edm rozvoji v lokalit\u011b Plachta, a t\u00edm i k n\u00e1r\u016fstu intenzity dopravy. Ve h\u0159e je nav\u00edc varianta nov\u00fdch linek m\u011bstsk\u00e9 hromadn\u00e9 dopravy. Tyto okolnosti bychom cht\u011bli maxim\u00e1ln\u011b zohlednit v projektu a dos\u00e1hnout tak dal\u0161\u00edho zlep\u0161en\u00ed podm\u00ednek pro dopravu i bezpe\u010dnost,\u201c doplnil informace Jind\u0159ich Vedlich, n\u00e1m\u011bstek prim\u00e1tora pro investice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dodal, \u017ee v takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b by ov\u0161em bylo nutn\u00e9 vy\u010dkat na nov\u00e9 \u00fazemn\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee za\u010d\u00e1tek stavby posunout a\u017e o jeden rok.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Druhou variantou, o kter\u00e9 m\u011bsto jedn\u00e1, je p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00ed sou\u010dasn\u00e9ho projektu nov\u00fdm podm\u00ednk\u00e1m, ale ji\u017e v r\u00e1mci schv\u00e1len\u00e9ho \u00fazemn\u00edho rozhodnut\u00ed.
