Pro Ka\u0161tanku, kter\u00e1 se mezit\u00edm stala Alej\u00ed roku, by druh\u00e1 kolej a jej\u00ed p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dan\u00e9 trasov\u00e1n\u00ed znamenala polovi\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1nik. Padnout by musela cel\u00e1 jedna \u0159ada, tedy n\u011bkolik des\u00edtek vzrostl\u00fdch ka\u0161tan\u016f.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Stejn\u00e9 memorandum ji\u017e d\u0159\u00edve schv\u00e1lili zastupitel\u00e9 Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9hradeck\u00e9ho kraje i radn\u00ed Pardubick\u00e9ho a je ot\u00e1zkou velmi kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 doby, kdy dojde ke slavnostn\u00edmu podpisu obou hejtman\u016f a prim\u00e1tor\u016f.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eUsnesen\u00edm zastupitelstva d\u00e1v\u00e1me na v\u011bdom\u00ed, \u017ee zdvojkolejn\u011bn\u00ed je pro Hradec naprosto kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 n\u00e1m\u011bstek prim\u00e1tora Jind\u0159ich Vedlich. \u201eN\u00e1s to nep\u0159ekvapilo, m\u011bsto o to usiluje celou dobu. My rovn\u011b\u017e nejsme proti dvoukolejce, to sp\u00ed\u0161 proti tomu, jak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem se to ud\u011bl\u00e1,\u201c konstatuje Bohdan Samek, jeden ze zakladatel\u016f spolku Ka\u0161tanka.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vedlich upozor\u0148uje, \u017ee m\u011bsto se v\u0161emi zp\u016fsoby sna\u017e\u00ed doj\u00edt se spolkem k rozumn\u00e9mu kompromisu. \u201eNap\u0159\u00edklad jsme ustoupili v tom, \u017ee s ulic\u00ed Kuklensk\u00e1 &#8211; Pod\u011bbradova ji\u017e nepl\u00e1nujeme plnohodnotn\u00e9 mimo\u00farov\u0148ov\u00e9 k\u0159\u00ed\u017een\u00ed pro automobilovou dopravu, ale chceme tam vybudovat pouze k\u0159\u00ed\u017een\u00ed pro p\u011b\u0161\u00ed a cyklisty. Tak\u00e9 spole\u010dn\u011b diskutujeme o vodn\u00edch pom\u011brech, proto\u017ee z\u00e1stupci spolku se ob\u00e1vaj\u00ed, \u017ee o vodu p\u0159ijdou. Oce\u0148uji vst\u0159\u00edcn\u00e9 jedn\u00e1n\u00ed a v\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee se n\u00e1m to poda\u0159\u00ed spole\u010dn\u011b vy\u0159e\u0161it,\u201c douf\u00e1 n\u00e1m\u011bstek.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Trasu kolej\u00ed v\u0161ak k oboustrann\u00e9 spokojenosti s nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost\u00ed vy\u0159e\u0161it nelze.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zat\u00edmco spolek navrhuje p\u0159imknut\u00ed koridoru k pra\u017esk\u00e9 v\u011btvi nebo aspo\u0148 posunut\u00ed st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed trat\u011b o n\u011bkolik metr\u016f d\u00e1l od aleje, pro m\u011bsto neexistuje jin\u00e1 alternativa ne\u017e roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dr\u00e1hy. \u201eVybudovat pouze jeden koridor sm\u011brem na Chlumec nad Cidlinou by vy\u0161lo finan\u010dn\u011b mnohem levn\u011bji ne\u017e stav\u011bt dva nar\u00e1z, nav\u00edc se tam uva\u017euje i o d\u00e1lni\u010dn\u00edm p\u0159ivad\u011b\u010di a bonusem je, \u017ee v t\u011bchto m\u00edstech s\u00eddl\u00ed sp\u00ed\u0161 firmy,\u201c nab\u00edz\u00ed Samek. Radnice v\u0161ak poukazuje na to, \u017ee v takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b by stavba nemohla dos\u00e1hnout na dotace, z\u00e1m\u011br by znamenal rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 z\u00e1bory pozemk\u016f a vlaky by nemohly vyvinout po\u017eadovanou rychlost 160 kilometr\u016f v hodin\u011b. Rovn\u011b\u017e posun pon\u011bkud bl\u00ed\u017e k tenisov\u00fdm kurt\u016fm v Opatovick\u00e9 ulici \u00fadajn\u011b nen\u00ed re\u00e1ln\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eFirma Sudop to prov\u011b\u0159ila. Bohu\u017eel to nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9, proto\u017ee v tuto chv\u00edli je tam \u0161est nesouhlasn\u00fdch stanovisek a v\u0161ichni si pamatujeme, co znamenalo jedn\u00e1n\u00ed pouze s jednou osobou o dostavb\u011b d\u00e1lnice D11. Nedovedu si p\u0159edstavit, \u017ee bychom se mohli dohodnout. Nav\u00edc je tu i dendrologick\u00fd pr\u016fzkum, podle kter\u00e9ho by i tehdy bylo nutn\u00e9 k\u00e1cen\u00ed. Z toho vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee bude nutn\u00e9 pok\u00e1cet pouze jednu \u0159adu ka\u0161tan\u016f. Ale p\u0159ipravujeme zelenou st\u011bnu, kter\u00e1 bude cel\u00e9 \u00fazem\u00ed dotv\u00e1\u0159et a spolku ji p\u0159edstav\u00edme hned na dal\u0161\u00edm jedn\u00e1n\u00ed,\u201c uv\u00e1d\u00ed Vedlich.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Z\u00e1nik by\u0165 jen jedn\u00e9 \u0159ady strom\u016f je v\u0161ak pro drtivou v\u011bt\u0161inu lid\u00ed z okol\u00ed aleje nep\u0159edstaviteln\u00fd. \u201eTo je slab\u00e1 nab\u00eddka. My se toti\u017e i domn\u00edv\u00e1me, \u017ee jsou tam natolik propojen\u00e9 ko\u0159enov\u00e9 syst\u00e9my, \u017ee likvidace jedn\u00e9 \u0159ady p\u0159ivod\u00ed konec i pro tu druhou. Zkr\u00e1tka jsme p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed, \u017ee existuj\u00ed jin\u00e9 mo\u017enosti, kter\u00e9 v\u0161ak m\u011bsto nevyu\u017eilo a dostate\u010dn\u011b se nesna\u017e\u00ed, aby mohla b\u00fdt alej zachovan\u00e1 cel\u00e1,\u201c domn\u00edv\u00e1 se Samek, podle kter\u00e9ho se spolek s verdiktem S\u017dDC nesm\u00ed\u0159\u00ed a k\u00e1cen\u00ed nebude pouze p\u0159ihl\u00ed\u017eet: \u201eBudeme bojovat z\u00e1konn\u00fdmi prost\u0159edky. Ne\u017e se za\u010dne stav\u011bt, je to nap\u0159\u00edklad studie vliv\u016f na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed EIA, ve kter\u00e9 mus\u00ed b\u00fdt zapracovan\u00e9 i variantn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. Nab\u00edz\u00ed se rovn\u011b\u017e projedn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fazemn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu, ale i dal\u0161\u00ed mo\u017enosti. Byla by velk\u00e1 \u0161koda nezkou\u0161et to, kdy\u017e jde o stavbu s tak velk\u00fdmi d\u016fsledky pro \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed,\u201c dod\u00e1v\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pot\u00ed\u017e je, \u017ee ob\u011b strany v\u010detn\u011b S\u017dDC tla\u010d\u00ed \u010das. V\u00fdstavba druh\u00e9 koleje by toti\u017e m\u011bla za\u010d\u00edt na p\u0159elomu let 2018 &#8211; 2019. I kdy\u017e n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed odp\u016frci si mysl\u00ed, \u017ee druh\u00e1 kolej nen\u00ed pot\u0159eba, m\u011bsto poukazuje na to, \u017ee od roku 1965, kdy byla tra\u0165 elektrifikov\u00e1na, nebyl proveden\u00fd \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd v\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed konstruk\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1sah a dal\u0161\u00edm argumentem pro druhou kolej je i kapacita zhruba 42 tis\u00edc cestuj\u00edc\u00edch t\u00fddn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Druh\u00e1 etapa dvoukolejky mezi Hradcem Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 a Opatovicemi by m\u011bla st\u00e1t asi 3,8 miliardy korun a sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed bude nap\u0159\u00edklad i rekonstrukce hradeck\u00e9ho hlavn\u00edho n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed \u010di vybudov\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00e9 zast\u00e1vky v B\u0159ezhrad\u011b.
