Jako prvn\u00ed je v pl\u00e1nu \u010d\u00e1st sm\u011brem k poliklinice, ale vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00e1 etapa bude m\u00edt sv\u00e9 vlastn\u00ed stavebn\u00ed povolen\u00ed, hodl\u00e1 se radnice \u0159\u00eddit sp\u00ed\u0161 t\u00edm, kde se poda\u0159\u00ed v\u0161echny n\u00e1le\u017eitosti k n\u011bmu vy\u0159\u00eddit rychleji. Jist\u00e9 je, \u017ee u\u017e p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00ed rok p\u0159ijde na \u0159adu jako samostatn\u00e1 akce rekonstrukce dlouhodob\u011b uzav\u0159en\u00e9 l\u00e1vky pobl\u00ed\u017e restaurace Kozlovka.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Radnice po\u010d\u00edtala s t\u00edm, \u017ee revitalizace zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed t\u0159\u00eddy bude stejn\u011b jako prvn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st financov\u00e1na z dota\u010dn\u00edch zdroj\u016f, co\u017e v\u0161ak nebude mo\u017en\u00e9. \u201eS p\u0159echodem na nov\u00e9 programovac\u00ed obdob\u00ed 2014-2020 do\u0161lo ke zm\u011bn\u00e1m dota\u010dn\u00edch podm\u00ednek a financov\u00e1n\u00ed ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch prostranstv\u00ed ji\u017e nen\u00ed podporov\u00e1no. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee se ani ke konci sou\u010dasn\u00e9ho dota\u010dn\u00edho obdob\u00ed nepoda\u0159\u00ed z\u00edskat prost\u0159edky na spolufinancov\u00e1n\u00ed rekonstrukce, bude muset m\u011bsto postupn\u011b na revitalizaci vy\u010dlenit prost\u0159edky z vlastn\u00edch zdroj\u016f. Jedn\u00e1 se o odhadovanou \u010d\u00e1stku a\u017e jedn\u00e9 miliardy korun,\u201c p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017eil situaci n\u00e1m\u011bstek prim\u00e1tora Jind\u0159ich Vedlich. P\u0159\u00edprav\u011b projektu se p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 odbory magistr\u00e1tu intenzivn\u011b v\u011bnuj\u00ed, tak\u017ee u\u017e je dokon\u010dena dokumentace pro \u00fazemn\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed a od \u010dervna se m\u011bsto sna\u017e\u00ed pro z\u00e1m\u011br z\u00edskat souhlasy dot\u010den\u00fdch subjekt\u016f a vlastn\u00edk\u016f nemovitost\u00ed. Po jejich z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed za\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1 o \u00fazemn\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed, kter\u00e9 by cht\u011blo m\u00edt do konce roku 2017. Jeliko\u017e se v tomto projektu vyjad\u0159uje mnoho vlastn\u00edk\u016f, jde o komplikovan\u00fd a \u010dasov\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd proces.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V letech 2017 a 2018 se p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed dokumentace pro stavebn\u00ed povolen\u00ed, jeho\u017e z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed lze o\u010dek\u00e1vat nejd\u0159\u00edve v roce 2018, ale sp\u00ed\u0161e a\u017e o rok pozd\u011bji. Nelze odhadnout p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 komplikace v projedn\u00e1n\u00ed s vlastn\u00edky okoln\u00edch nemovitost\u00ed a mno\u017estv\u00ed jejich n\u00e1mitek. Vzhledem ke zku\u0161enostem z provozu zrekonstruovan\u00e9 prvn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti Bene\u0161ovy t\u0159\u00eddy a podzemn\u00edch gar\u00e1\u017e\u00ed se zpracovatel projektov\u00e9 dokumentace sna\u017e\u00ed zapracovat oproti sou\u010dasn\u00e9mu stavu revitalizovan\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti n\u011bkter\u00e9 zm\u011bny. Jedn\u00e1 se nap\u0159\u00edklad o um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed kontejner\u016f za bytov\u00fdmi domy, \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed pr\u016fhled\u016f do podzemn\u00edch gar\u00e1\u017e\u00ed, bezbari\u00e9rov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edstupy z gar\u00e1\u017e\u00ed do bytov\u00fdch dom\u016f a podobn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eV ka\u017ed\u00e9 etap\u011b dojde ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed parkovac\u00edch m\u00edst celkem o n\u011bkolik set. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je, \u017ee parkovac\u00ed kapacity nebudou vytvo\u0159eny na \u00fakor zelen\u00fdch ploch. Naopak zelen\u011b v t\u00e9to lokalit\u011b p\u0159ibude. Bene\u0161ova t\u0159\u00edda bude po dokon\u010den\u00ed revitalizace tak\u00e9 bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Rychlost proj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bj\u00edc\u00edch aut je u\u017e nyn\u00ed d\u00edky okru\u017en\u00ed k\u0159i\u017eovatce uprost\u0159ed ulice a z\u00fa\u017een\u00ed pr\u016fjezdn\u00e9ho profilu kv\u016fli \u0159ad\u011b pod\u00e9ln\u011b parkuj\u00edc\u00edch aut ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed, v budoucnu se situace v t\u00e9to oblasti je\u0161t\u011b zlep\u0161\u00ed. A to d\u00edky pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 v\u00fdstavb\u011b dal\u0161\u00ed okru\u017en\u00ed k\u0159i\u017eovatky v prostoru k\u0159\u00ed\u017een\u00ed Bene\u0161ovy t\u0159\u00eddy s ulic\u00ed Jana Masaryka,\u201c uvedl autor studie revitalizace Pavel Zadrob\u00edlek. Podstatn\u011b bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159echody na povrchu by tak m\u011bly zcela nahradit st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed podchod, kter\u00fd ztrat\u00ed smysl. Bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed by m\u011bla b\u00fdt tak\u00e9 cyklistick\u00e1 doprava.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V cel\u00e9 d\u00e9lce hlavn\u00ed ulice povedou dv\u011b cyklostezky odd\u011blen\u00e9 od motorov\u00e9 dopravy, z\u00e1rove\u0148 dojde k rekonstrukci zadn\u00edch komunikac\u00ed pod\u00e9l v\u0161ech bytov\u00fdch dom\u016f, kter\u00e9 budou slou\u017eit pro lep\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjezd vozidel z\u00e1chrann\u00e9 slu\u017eby a hasi\u010d\u016f, ale tak\u00e9 pro z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed firem a bytov\u00fdch jednotek Radnice chce zintenzivnit komunikaci s ob\u010dany o dal\u0161\u00edch etap\u00e1ch revitalizace a nab\u00edz\u00ed jim proto op\u011btovn\u00e9 setk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed se z\u00e1stupci m\u011bsta a projektantem v m\u00edstnosti infocentra, eventu\u00e1ln\u011b jin\u00e9 formy projedn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed probl\u00e9mov\u00fdch situac\u00ed.
