Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed dohody bylo i poskytnut\u00ed souhlasu m\u011bsta s vyu\u017eit\u00edm jeho pozemku pro stavbu silnice k are\u00e1lu, kter\u00fd firma pot\u0159ebuje k z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed dodate\u010dn\u00e9ho stavebn\u00edho povolen\u00ed. Firma CTP Invest souhlas pot\u0159ebovala p\u0159edlo\u017eit do konce \u0159\u00edjna, do kdy je p\u0159eru\u0161en\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed o dodate\u010dn\u00e9m stavebn\u00edm povolen\u00ed. P\u0159\u00edpadem se tak budou zab\u00fdvat soudy.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Konzultant firmy CTP Invest Boris Kudl\u00e1\u010dek dnes novin\u00e1\u0159\u016fm \u0159ekl, \u017ee spole\u010dnosti je l\u00edto, \u017ee zastupitel\u00e9 dohodu neschv\u00e1lili. &#8222;Mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee byla p\u0159ipravena korektn\u011b, mohla b\u00fdt dobr\u00fdm kompromisem pro ob\u011b dv\u011b strany. Takto n\u00e1m zastupitel\u00e9 neumo\u017enili z\u00edskat kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd souhlas s vybudov\u00e1n\u00edm komunikace k projektu a dokon\u010dit proces z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed dodate\u010dn\u00e9ho stavebn\u00edho povolen\u00ed. Tak\u017ee n\u00e1m nezbyde nic jin\u00e9ho ne\u017e se obr\u00e1tit na soud a dom\u00e1hat se sv\u00fdch pr\u00e1v soudn\u011b,&#8220; \u0159ekl Kudl\u00e1\u010dek.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00e1m\u011bstek hradeck\u00e9ho prim\u00e1tora Jind\u0159ich Vedlich (TOP 09) dnes po jedn\u00e1n\u00ed zastupitel\u016f \u0159ekl, \u017ee lze p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dat, \u017ee st\u00e1tn\u00ed spr\u00e1va, tedy stavebn\u00ed odbor zam\u00edtne \u017e\u00e1dost o dodate\u010dn\u00e9 stavebn\u00ed povolen\u00ed. &#8222;A bude pokra\u010dovat \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed o odstran\u011bn\u00ed stavby. S kone\u010dnou platnost\u00ed mus\u00ed rozhodnout st\u00e1tn\u00ed spr\u00e1va,&#8220; \u0159ekl Vedlich.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hlasov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159edch\u00e1zela diskuse, nap\u0159\u00edklad Monika \u0160tayrov\u00e1 z klubu ANO 2011 uvedla, \u017ee zastupitel\u00e9 nedostali pr\u00e1vn\u00ed anal\u00fdzu k t\u00e9to v\u011bci. &#8222;Navrhovan\u00e1 dohoda je nevyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e1, samotn\u00fd n\u00e1vrh je nep\u0159ehledn\u00fd,&#8220; \u0159ekla \u0160tayrov\u00e1. Nap\u0159\u00edklad Vedlich dnes uvedl, \u017ee jedn\u00e1n\u00ed firmy CTP, kter\u00e1 stav\u011bla v rozporu s p\u0159edpisy, je velmi nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9. &#8222;Nenechme si z Hradce Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 a cel\u00e9 \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky d\u011blat Kocourkov,&#8220; \u0159ekl Vedlich.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Firma CTP za\u010dala sv\u016fj are\u00e1l budovat bez povolen\u00ed na podzim 2014, po n\u011bkolika ne\u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00fdch v\u00fdzv\u00e1ch \u00fa\u0159ad\u016f k zastaven\u00ed stavby pr\u00e1ce za\u010d\u00e1tkem b\u0159ezna 2015 p\u0159eru\u0161ila. V tu dobu ji\u017e m\u011bla prvn\u00ed halu t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 hotovou a u druh\u00e9 byla na za\u010d\u00e1tku stavby. Celkem firma proinvestovala 270 milion\u016f korun, na pokut\u00e1ch zaplatila zhruba 1,3 milionu korun.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Spole\u010dnost CTP v l\u00e9t\u011b vyzvala hradeckou radnici, aby do 29. srpna poskytla souhlas se stavbou p\u0159\u00edjezdov\u00e9 cesty na m\u011bstsk\u00fdch parcel\u00e1ch nebo uhradila \u0161kodu osm milion\u016f eur (220 milion\u016f korun) nebo zah\u00e1jila jedn\u00e1n\u00ed o sm\u00edrn\u00e9m \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. V dopise firma uvedla, \u017ee pokud m\u011bsto nezareaguje, skon\u010d\u00ed spor u soudu.
