Podm\u00ednkou je v\u0161ak z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed dotace, kter\u00e1 by Hradci Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 mohla pomoci pokr\u00fdt zhruba 85 % zp\u016fsobil\u00fdch v\u00fddaj\u016f projektu.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P\u0159ed t\u0159emi lety m\u011bstu z\u00e1m\u011br roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed trasy E neschv\u00e1lil \u00da\u0159ad vl\u00e1dy \u010cR. V obnoven\u00e9 podob\u011b pod\u00e1 Hradec Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 \u017e\u00e1dost i letos. Pokud by usp\u011blo, po\u017e\u00e1dalo by n\u00e1sledn\u011b o dotace na jednotliv\u00e9 trasy St\u00e1tn\u00ed fond dopravn\u00ed infrastruktury.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">C\u00edlem m\u011bsta je postupn\u011b upravit i dal\u0161\u00ed m\u00edsta pro pohodln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a hlavn\u011b bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pohyb voz\u00ed\u010dk\u00e1\u0159\u016f, nevidom\u00fdch \u010di star\u0161\u00edch spoluob\u010dan\u016f nebo rodi\u010d\u016f s ko\u010d\u00e1rky. Dal\u0161\u00edm pozitivem bude bezbari\u00e9rov\u00e9 propojen\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ad\u016f, kulturn\u00edch a zdravotnick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed nebo \u0161kol. Prvn\u00ed t\u0159i trasy, kter\u00e9 u\u017e slou\u017e\u00ed ve\u0159ejnosti, se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed bl\u00edzko historick\u00e9ho centra m\u011bsta. \u010ctvrt\u00e1 trasa p\u0159ev\u00e1d\u00ed bezpe\u010dn\u011b a bez p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eek obyvatele do velmi frekventovan\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti modern\u00edho centra m\u011bsta. Z\u00e1sadn\u00ed roli tu sehr\u00e1v\u00e1 i prov\u00e1zanost s n\u00edzkopodla\u017en\u00ed m\u011bstskou hromadnou dopravou, kter\u00e1 obsluhuje tuto \u010d\u00e1st m\u011bsta velk\u00fdm po\u010dtem linek a spoj\u016f.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rekonstrukce tras nespo\u010d\u00edvala p\u0159itom jen v obnov\u011b havarijn\u00edch povrch\u016f chodn\u00edk\u016f, ale i ve sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed obrubn\u00edk\u016f a n\u00e1jezd\u016f a v instalaci nav\u00e1d\u011bc\u00edch prvk\u016f pro nevidom\u00e9. Podpora t\u011bchto dopravn\u011b-bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch opat\u0159en\u00ed se dle \u00fadaj\u016f Policie \u010cR pozitivn\u011b prom\u00edt\u00e1 i do sni\u017euj\u00edc\u00edch se statistik v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdch dopravn\u00edch nehod chodc\u016f.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eM\u011bsto na sv\u00e9m \u00fazem\u00ed pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b pokra\u010duje s opat\u0159en\u00edmi sm\u011b\u0159uj\u00edc\u00edmi k odstran\u011bn\u00ed bari\u00e9r pro osoby se sn\u00ed\u017eenou schopnost\u00ed pohybu a orientace. Na podzim proto p\u0159edlo\u017e\u00edme upraven\u00fd z\u00e1m\u011br pro roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed syst\u00e9mu o dal\u0161\u00ed trasu E,\u201c vysv\u011btluje Jind\u0159ich Vedlich, n\u00e1m\u011bstek prim\u00e1tora pro rozvoj m\u011bsta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Trasa by m\u011bla nav\u00e1zat na ji\u017e existuj\u00edc\u00ed \u010di p\u0159ipravovan\u00e9 bezbari\u00e9rov\u00e9 \u00faseky a trasy a je v n\u00e1vrhu d\u00e1le \u010dlen\u011bna na dv\u011b samostatn\u00e9 etapy. Nov\u011b m\u011bsto zahrne do z\u00e1m\u011bru i zimn\u00ed stadion a Studijn\u00ed a v\u011bdeckou knihovnu, co\u017e v\u0161ak vy\u017eaduje pot\u0159ebnou dohodu o partnerstv\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201ePokud by byl m\u011bstu z\u00e1m\u011br \u00da\u0159adem vl\u00e1dy schv\u00e1len, po\u017e\u00e1dali bychom v roce 2018 a 2019 o dotaci na jednotliv\u00e9 trasy St\u00e1tn\u00ed fond dopravn\u00ed infrastruktury by n\u00e1m pomohl financovat a\u017e 85 % zp\u016fsobil\u00fdch v\u00fddaj\u016f projektu,\u201c uzav\u00edr\u00e1 Jind\u0159ich Vedlich a dod\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stky nutn\u00e9 pro tuto investici budou zn\u00e1my a\u017e po vyprojektov\u00e1n\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch etap.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prvn\u00ed etapu by m\u011blo tvo\u0159it propojen\u00ed severn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti Pra\u017esk\u00e9ho a Moravsk\u00e9ho P\u0159edm\u011bst\u00ed. Navazuje na ji\u017e realizovan\u00e9 \u00faseky v minul\u00fdch letech v centru m\u011bsta. Trasa povede od Sklen\u011bn\u00e9 v\u011b\u017ee ulicemi Wonkovou a Pr\u016fmyslovou, p\u0159es Masarykovo n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed, ulic\u00ed K. H. M\u00e1chy, Go\u010d\u00e1rovou t\u0159\u00eddou, Mosteckou ulic\u00ed, t\u0159\u00eddou \u010cSA, Komensk\u00e9ho, Ign\u00e1ta Hermana, Hradeckou a kon\u010dit by m\u011bla u objektu polikliniky na Bene\u0161ov\u011b t\u0159\u00edd\u011b. Zah\u00e1jen\u00ed obnovy t\u00e9to trasy by mohlo, v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee m\u011bstu bude poskytnuta v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e1 dotace, za\u010d\u00edt v roce 2018.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Druh\u00e1 etapa, jej\u00ed\u017e obm\u011bna by za stejn\u00e9ho p\u0159edpokladu mohla za\u010d\u00edt v roce 2019, navazuje na v\u00fd\u0161e uvedenou prvn\u00ed etapu a propojit by m\u011bla severn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st Moravsk\u00e9ho P\u0159edm\u011bst\u00ed s m\u011bstskou \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed V\u011bko\u0161e\/Pouchov p\u0159es ji\u017en\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st Slezsk\u00e9ho P\u0159edm\u011bst\u00ed. Trasa by m\u011bla za\u010d\u00ednat u polikliniky na Bene\u0161ov\u011b t\u0159\u00edd\u011b a vedla by ulicemi Jana Masaryka, Pod Z\u00e1me\u010dkem, pod\u00e9l \u010d\u00e1sti Go\u010d\u00e1rova okruhu, Mal\u0161ovickou, Nezvalovou, Posp\u00ed\u0161ilovou, Slezskou, Markovickou, Vr\u00e1zovou a Pouchovskou ulic\u00ed a kon\u010dila by v ulici K Zast\u00e1vce.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I tato trasa, stejn\u011b jako ta p\u0159edchoz\u00ed, proch\u00e1z\u00ed kolem n\u011bkolika d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch budov a objekt\u016f, a\u0165 se u\u017e jedn\u00e1 o objekty Harmonie se specifick\u00fdm vyu\u017eit\u00edm m\u011bstsk\u00fdch byt\u016f, vysoko\u0161kolsk\u00e9 koleje, stadion a koupali\u0161t\u011b, z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u010di st\u0159edn\u00ed \u0161koly, po\u0161ta \u010di nap\u0159\u00edklad \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed stanice na Slezsk\u00e9m P\u0159edm\u011bst\u00ed.
