A to v m\u00edstech, kde se stejn\u011b do budoucna uva\u017euje o d\u00e1lni\u010dn\u00edm p\u0159ivad\u011b\u010di. T\u00edm p\u00e1dem by v\u0161echny t\u0159i komunikace \u0161ly do sebe a nenap\u00e1chalo by to tolik \u0161kody,\u201c m\u00edn\u00ed p\u0159edkladatel n\u00e1vrhu Ji\u0159\u00ed Pe\u0161l. Sou\u010dasn\u011b se p\u0159ipravuje zdvoukolejn\u011bn\u00ed \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed trat\u011b ve sm\u011bru na Velk\u00fd Osek. P\u0159i soub\u011bhu obou trat\u00ed by byl spole\u010dn\u00fd \u00fasek \u010dty\u0159kolejn\u00fd, co\u017e je v zastav\u011bn\u00e9m \u00fazem\u00ed m\u011bsta prostorov\u011b nerealizovateln\u00e9. N\u00e1vrh by vyvolal rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 z\u00e1bory pozemk\u016f a nemovitost\u00ed soukrom\u00fdch vlastn\u00edk\u016f. Vhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je rozd\u011blen\u00ed \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed dopravy na dv\u011b dvoukolejn\u00e9 trat\u011b,\u201c \u0159ekl p\u0159ed ned\u00e1vnem n\u00e1m\u011bstek prim\u00e1tora Jind\u0159ich Vedlich s t\u00edm, \u017ee p\u0159imknut\u00ed k pra\u017esk\u00e9 trati by se tak\u00e9 zv\u011bt\u0161ila d\u00e9lka \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed trat\u011b a nebylo by mo\u017en\u00e9 dos\u00e1hnout po\u017eadovan\u00e9 rychlosti 160 kilometr\u016f v hodin\u011b. Prodlou\u017eila by se tak\u00e9 doba cesty mezi krajsk\u00fdmi metropolemi, co\u017e je jeden z d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch c\u00edl\u016f, kv\u016fli kter\u00fdch se druh\u00e1 kolej stav\u00ed. \u201eNav\u00edc Komise m\u00edstn\u00ed samospr\u00e1vy Kukleny tuto variantu striktn\u011b odm\u00edt\u00e1,\u201c dodal n\u00e1m\u011bstek.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>KUS ZA KUS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pokud by v\u0161ak Sudop do\u0161el k z\u00e1v\u011bru, \u017ee je mo\u017en\u00e9 tra\u0165 posunout a zachovat ka\u0161tanovou alej ve st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed podob\u011b, stejn\u011b se stromy k\u00e1cen\u00ed nevyhnou.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Z dendrologick\u00e9ho posudku a inventarizace strom\u016f, kter\u00e9 vznikly je\u0161t\u011b dlouho p\u0159ed pl\u00e1nem spojit Hradec Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 s Pardubicemi druhou kolej\u00ed, toti\u017e plyne, \u017ee stromy v Ka\u0161tance nejsou zrovna v ide\u00e1ln\u00ed stavu a stejn\u011b je v budoucnu \u010dek\u00e1 postupn\u00e1 obm\u011bna.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eStromy v aleji maj\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017eenou vitalitu a zdravotn\u00ed stav (jsou napadeny kl\u00edn\u011bnkou, maj\u00ed dutiny a such\u00e9 v\u011btve).
