M\u00e1 pr\u00fd indicie, \u017ee by hradeck\u00e1 radnice mohla zm\u011bnit n\u00e1zor. Magistr\u00e1t to v\u0161ak pop\u00edr\u00e1.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">U\u017e na 15 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f povolil stavebn\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ad v Hradci Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 nizozemsk\u00e9 firm\u011b CTP p\u0159eru\u0161en\u00ed \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed o legalizaci stavby, kterou Holan\u010fan\u00e9 na\u010derno stav\u011bli na podzim roku 2014 u v\u00fdpadovky na T\u0159ebechovice pod Orebem. D\u016fvodem pro op\u011btovn\u00e9 prodlou\u017een\u00ed term\u00ednu je odborn\u00fd pr\u00e1vn\u00ed posudek, kter\u00fd si zadal hradeck\u00fd magistr\u00e1t u pr\u00e1vn\u00ed spole\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0160\u00e9f stavebn\u00edho \u00fa\u0159adu Michal Jand\u00edk se k rozhodnut\u00ed necht\u011bl vyjad\u0159ovat. \u201e\u0158\u00edzen\u00ed je ze z\u00e1kona neve\u0159ejn\u00e9 a rozhodnut\u00ed pos\u00edl\u00e1me jeho \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016fm, nikoliv novin\u00e1\u0159\u016fm,\u201c odbyl MF DNES. Podle informac\u00ed \u010cesk\u00e9 televize v\u0161ak stavebn\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ad operuje s mo\u017enost\u00ed odstran\u011bn\u00ed z\u00e1sadn\u00ed p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky, kterou je nesouhlas hradeck\u00e9ho magistr\u00e1tu s u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm m\u011bstem vlastn\u011bn\u00e9 komunikace. Bez tohoto souhlasu firma CTP nem\u00e1 \u0161anci dodate\u010dn\u00e9 stavebn\u00ed povolen\u00ed z\u00edskat a stavbu zlegalizovat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eLze odvodit mo\u017enost p\u0159ehodnocen\u00ed dosud prezentovan\u00e9ho stanoviska m\u011bsta Hradec Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 pr\u00e1v\u011b v z\u00e1vislosti na obsahu pr\u00e1vn\u00edho stanoviska,\u201c citovala \u00fa\u0159ednici stavebn\u00edho odboru Janu Kru\u0161inovou \u010cesk\u00e1 televize.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Podle n\u00e1m\u011bstka hradeck\u00e9ho prim\u00e1tora Jind\u0159icha Vedlicha (TOP 09) v\u0161ak po\u017eadovan\u00fd posudek v\u016fbec nem\u00e1 co do\u010din\u011bn\u00ed s mo\u017enost\u00ed, \u017ee by m\u011bsto developerovi ud\u011blilo souhlas s u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 komunikace. \u201ePr\u00e1vn\u00ed posudek jsme si nechali ud\u011blat proto, abychom se utvrdili, \u017ee na\u0161e p\u0159etrv\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed stanovisko je spr\u00e1vn\u00e9,\u201c uvedl Vedlich. Radnice toti\u017e proti mo\u017enosti dostavby na\u010derno stav\u011bn\u00fdch hal vystupuje dlouhodob\u011b.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eModel, \u017ee n\u011bkdo postav\u00ed n\u011bco na\u010derno a pak nab\u00eddne kompenzaci, nen\u00ed dobr\u00fd. Tato firma deklaruje, \u017ee je spolehliv\u00fdm partnerem. J\u00e1 j\u00ed nev\u011b\u0159\u00edm u\u017e proto, \u017ee jej\u00ed p\u0159edstavitel pan Vos se asi p\u0159ed t\u0159emi lety zaj\u00edmal o pozemky u Aldisu, rok n\u00e1s vodili za nos, a nic z toho nebylo. Pro m\u011b firma nen\u00ed d\u016fv\u011bryhodn\u00e1,\u201c \u0159ekl u\u017e loni Vedlich. Jeho kolega z rady, prim\u00e1tor Zden\u011bk Fink (HDK) byl ve sv\u00fdch vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00edch je\u0161t\u011b tvrd\u0161\u00ed, kdy\u017e prohl\u00e1sil, \u017ee jeho p\u0159\u00e1n\u00edm je, aby si CTP sv\u00e9 haly rozebrala a odjela.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Posudek, kter\u00fd zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1 pr\u00e1vn\u00ed kancel\u00e1\u0159 Havel, Hol\u00e1sek a Partners, zadala rada v dubnu a m\u00e1 b\u00fdt hotov v \u010dervnu. \u201eRadnice oslovila t\u0159i velk\u00e9 mimohradeck\u00e9 kancel\u00e1\u0159e, aby byl vylou\u010den mo\u017en\u00fd subjektivn\u00ed \u00fahel pohledu z d\u016fvodu m\u00edstn\u00edch vazeb. Zohled\u0148ovala tak\u00e9, zda se kancel\u00e1\u0159 v\u011bnuje p\u0159edm\u011btn\u00e9 pr\u00e1vn\u00ed problematice,\u201c vysv\u011btlila mluv\u010d\u00ed magistr\u00e1tu Magdal\u00e9na Vl\u010dkov\u00e1. V\u00edt\u011bzn\u00e1 spole\u010dnost Havel, Hol\u00e1sek a Partners se zav\u00e1zala posudek zpracovat za maxim\u00e1ln\u011b 70 tis\u00edc korun bez DPH. \u201eDal\u0161\u00ed dv\u011b kancel\u00e1\u0159e nab\u00eddly \u010d\u00e1stky o 30 tis\u00edc korun vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed,\u201c dodala Vl\u010dkov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Proti postupu stavebn\u00edho \u00fa\u0159adu, kter\u00fd firm\u011b CTP dal na dal\u0161\u00ed podklady \u010das a\u017e do konce leto\u0161n\u00edho roku, se u\u017e odvolal spolek Kruh pro ob\u010danskou spole\u010dnost, kter\u00fd \u010dernou stavbu skladovac\u00edch hal dlouhodob\u011b kritizuje. \u201ePr\u00e1vn\u00ed posudek nen\u00ed podkladem pro \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed o dodate\u010dn\u00e9m povolen\u00ed stavby, \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd takov\u00fd posudek CTP \u00fa\u0159adu p\u0159edkl\u00e1dat nebude. V\u016fbec nech\u00e1pu, pro\u010d na n\u011bj \u00fa\u0159edn\u00edci \u010dekaj\u00ed. Investor m\u011bl p\u0159es rok \u010das dodat v\u0161echny pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 dokumenty. U\u017e mi to p\u0159ipad\u00e1 jako dlouh\u00e1 doba a zbyte\u010dn\u011b benevolentn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 \u010dlen spolku Ale\u0161 Dohnal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Firma CTP za\u010dala na podzim roku 2014 stav\u011bt na okraji Hradce dv\u011b velk\u00e9 skladovac\u00ed haly, m\u011bly slou\u017eit jako CTPark r\u016fzn\u00fdm pronajimatel\u016fm. Are\u00e1l se m\u011bl otev\u0159\u00edt loni na ja\u0159e, av\u0161ak po\u010d\u00e1tkem lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho roku stavebn\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ad v\u00fdstavbu zastavil, nebo\u0165 spole\u010dnost stav\u011bla bez platn\u00e9ho stavebn\u00edho povolen\u00ed. Magistr\u00e1t na developera podal trestn\u00ed ozn\u00e1men\u00ed a stavebn\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ad mu ud\u011blil dv\u011b vysok\u00e9 pokuty. Od t\u00e9 doby se CTP sna\u017e\u00ed z\u00edskat dodate\u010dn\u00e9 stavebn\u00ed povolen\u00ed. K jeho ud\u011blen\u00ed v\u0161ak pot\u0159ebuje souhlas magistr\u00e1tu s u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm komunikace pat\u0159\u00edc\u00ed m\u011bstu. Firma za tento souhlas radnici nab\u00edzela 7 milion\u016f, pot\u00e9 p\u0159es prost\u0159edn\u00edka i 15 milion\u016f a z\u00e1rove\u0148 hrozila soudem.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Radnice trv\u00e1 na sv\u00e9m, av\u0161ak ustoupit nehodl\u00e1 ani CTP. \u201eJsme mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed investor a pokud budeme muset, budeme bojovat za sv\u00e1 pr\u00e1va, dokud nevyhrajeme,\u201c vzk\u00e1zal \u0159editel spole\u010dnosti CTP Invest Remon Vos. CTPark m\u011bl m\u00edt dle p\u016fvodn\u00edch pl\u00e1n\u016f p\u0159es 21 tis\u00edc \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00edch metr\u016f, kter\u00e9 by firma pronaj\u00edmala dal\u0161\u00edm spole\u010dnostem.
