Z\u00e1sadn\u00ed modernizace \u010dek\u00e1 hradeck\u00e9 n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed, nov\u00e9 se postav\u00ed v B\u0159ezhrad\u011b, nejsp\u00ed\u0161 se roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed ob\u00e1van\u00e1 my\u0161\u00ed d\u00edra a mluv\u00ed se tak\u00e9 o l\u00e1vce pro p\u011b\u0161\u00ed nad kolejemi.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A\u017e se za dva a p\u016fl roku za\u010dne pracovat na z\u00e1v\u011bre\u010dn\u00e9 etap\u011b dvoukolejky mezi Hradcem a Pardubicemi, dostane velkou finan\u010dn\u00ed injekci rovn\u011b\u017e hradeck\u00e9 n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed. Zvenku sice cestuj\u00edc\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd rozd\u00edl nepoznaj\u00ed, ale uvnit\u0159 mo\u017en\u00e1 budou chv\u00edli t\u00e1pat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kdy\u017e se n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed p\u0159esn\u011b p\u0159ed 80 lety otev\u00edralo, architekti se stali ter\u010dem kritik\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed poukazovali na \u00fadajn\u011b zbyte\u010dn\u011b velkolepou stavbu. Doba dala projektant\u016fm za pravdu, nyn\u00ed se ukazuje, \u017ee naopak p\u0159est\u00e1v\u00e1 kapacitn\u011b sta\u010dit. V Hradci proto p\u0159ibude \u010dtvrt\u00e9 n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b, z\u00e1sadn\u00ed modernizac\u00ed projde i n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b prvn\u00ed a p\u0159estavba se bude t\u00fdkat rovn\u011b\u017e t\u0159\u00ed zhlavn\u00ed, tedy kolejov\u00e9ho v\u011btven\u00ed. D\u00edky stavb\u011b druh\u00e9 koleje p\u0159ibude zcela nov\u00e1 \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed zast\u00e1vka Hradec Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9-B\u0159ezhrad a velk\u00e9 rekonstrukci neunikne ani stanice Opatovice-Poh\u0159eba\u010dka. \u201eZah\u00e1jen\u00ed druh\u00e9 etapy stavby druh\u00e9 koleje je pl\u00e1nov\u00e1no na druhou polovinu roku 2018 s dokon\u010den\u00edm do roku 2020 a odhadovan\u00e9 celkov\u00e9 investi\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1klady budou kolem 3,5 miliardy korun,\u201c \u0159ekla Jitka Hubatkov\u00e1 ze Spr\u00e1vy \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed dopravn\u00ed cesty (S\u017dDC).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dvoukolejka znamen\u00e1 tak\u00e9 velkou \u0161anci pro roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed problematick\u00e9 \u201emy\u0161\u00ed d\u00edry\u201c, tedy podjezdu spojuj\u00edc\u00edho st\u0159ed m\u011bsta s Kuklenami. Na prohlouben\u00ed a roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed o dal\u0161\u00ed pruh pot\u0159ebn\u00fdch 200 milion\u016f korun sice Hradec nem\u00e1, av\u0161ak pen\u00edze m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159in\u00e9st z\u00e1kon o St\u00e1tn\u00edm fondu dopravn\u00ed infrastruktury. S ob\u0159\u00ed modernizac\u00ed cel\u00e9 trat\u011b o\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 i nad\u011bje na l\u00e1vku pro p\u011b\u0161\u00ed, kter\u00e1 by v\u00fdrazn\u011b zkr\u00e1tila cestu z hradeck\u00e9ho n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed do Kuklen a Svobodn\u00fdch Dvor\u016f. \u201eL\u00e1vka by ur\u010dit\u011b platn\u00e1 byla, ale m\u011bsto tento n\u00e1vrh zat\u00edm neprojedn\u00e1valo. Mus\u00ed se do\u0159e\u0161it cel\u00e9 \u00fazem\u00ed okolo n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed,\u201c uvedl n\u00e1m\u011bstek prim\u00e1tora pro rozvoj m\u011bsta Jind\u0159ich Vedlich.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Za\u010dne (super)v\u00fdluka, tu v\u0161ak dvoukolejka p\u0159ekon\u00e1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">U\u017e za m\u011bs\u00edc za\u010dne \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdluka, kter\u00e1 pr\u00fd v kraji za posledn\u00edch 20 let nem\u00e1 obdoby. Nejm\u00e9n\u011b 107 dn\u00ed bude pro cestuj\u00edc\u00ed uzav\u0159ena tra\u0165 mezi Hradcem Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 a Jarom\u011b\u0159\u00ed. To v\u0161ak bude jen zah\u0159\u00edvac\u00ed kolo p\u0159ed je\u0161t\u011b o dost del\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdlukou. Dokon\u010den\u00ed dvoukolejky mezi Hradcem Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 a Pardubicemi si toti\u017e vy\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1 uzav\u0159en\u00ed cel\u00e9 trat\u011b asi na 170 dn\u00ed, tedy na t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 p\u016fl roku. \u201eK dokon\u010den\u00ed prvn\u00ed etapy mezi St\u00e9blovou a Opatovicemi zb\u00fdvaj\u00ed u\u017e jen drobn\u00e9 dokon\u010dovac\u00ed pr\u00e1ce, kter\u00e9 budou hotov\u00e9 na ja\u0159e. Pro druhou etapu p\u0159ipravujeme projektovou dokumentaci. Krom\u011b stavebn\u00edho povolen\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b mus\u00edme zadat nap\u0159\u00edklad studii vlivu na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 mluv\u010d\u00ed Spr\u00e1vy \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed dopravn\u00ed cesty (S\u017dDC) Marek Illia\u0161. P\u0159esto\u017ee pr\u00e1ce na \u017eeleznici za\u010dnou a\u017e za dva roky, u\u017e nyn\u00ed je jist\u00e9, \u017ee zav\u0159\u00edt se bude muset cel\u00e1 tra\u0165. \u201eNelze ud\u011blat ten syst\u00e9m, kter\u00fd jsme m\u011bli te\u010f t\u0159eba v \u00faseku St\u00e9blov\u00e1\u2013Opatovice kdy jedna kolej z\u016fstala provozn\u00e1 a druh\u00e1 se stav\u011bla nov\u00e1,\u201c upozor\u0148uje Tom\u00e1\u0161 Fiala z Krajsk\u00e9ho centra osobn\u00ed dopravy \u010cesk\u00fdch drah.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Chlumec vyhl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed nov\u00fd termin\u00e1l<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kdyby se je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed ned\u00e1vnem hlasovalo o nejzanedban\u011bj\u0161\u00ed nejm\u00e9n\u011b \u00fatuln\u00e9 n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed, o prvenstv\u00ed by se musely p\u0159etahovat Chlumec nad Cidlinou s T\u00fdni\u0161t\u011bm. Po oprav\u00e1ch v T\u00fdni\u0161ti v tom Chlumec z\u016fstal s\u00e1m, ale nechce to tak nechat. Proto\u017ee \u010dek\u00e1n\u00ed je u\u017e dlouh\u00e9 roky marn\u00e9, veden\u00ed m\u011bsta m\u00e1 v ruce projekt, kter\u00fd by z velk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti mohl zaplatit unijn\u00ed program ITI na rozvoj hradubick\u00e9 aglomerace. Kolem 35 milion\u016f korun m\u00e1 st\u00e1t \u00fapln\u011b nov\u00fd termin\u00e1l \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed i autobusov\u00e9 dopravy. \u201eZastavuj\u00ed tu v\u0161echny mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed rychl\u00edky na Prahu a Polsko, k tomu sem denn\u011b doj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bj\u00ed lid\u00e9 z okoln\u00edch obc\u00ed a p\u0159esedaj\u00ed tu na autobusy a vlaky, kter\u00e9 je vezou d\u00e1l do zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed,\u201c argumentuje chlumeck\u00fd starosta Miroslav Uchytil. Tomu nahr\u00e1v\u00e1 statistika: m\u00edstn\u00edm \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00edm uzlem ro\u010dn\u011b projde 400 tis\u00edc lid\u00ed. \u201eStavba by mohla za\u010d\u00edt b\u011bhem dvou let.
