Tuto \u010d\u00e1stku by v\u0161ak nem\u011blo platit jenom m\u011bsto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eKrom\u011b sm\u011bny pozemk\u016f jedn\u00e1me i o spolupod\u00edlen\u00ed se na t\u00e9to stavb\u011b, kterou necht\u011bj\u00ed pouze obyvatel\u00e9, ale samotn\u00e9 firmy \u010di hradeck\u00fd Dopravn\u00ed podnik. Zat\u00edm tu neexistuje \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 propojen\u00ed mezi obchody. Tato situace komplikuje \u017eivot nejen chodc\u016fm a cyklist\u016fm, kte\u0159\u00ed se mus\u00ed p\u0159i cest\u011b za n\u00e1kupy prodrat zarostl\u00fdm rem\u00edzkem, ale i motorist\u016fm a \u0159idi\u010d\u016fm m\u011bstsk\u00e9 hromadn\u00e9 dopravy. Ti mezi z\u00f3nami, j\u00edm\u017e dominuj\u00ed velkoobchody Tesco a Makro, mus\u00ed p\u0159ekonat ru\u0161nou Hradubickou silnici. M\u011bsto te\u010f, ve spolupr\u00e1ci s obchody, chyst\u00e1 propojen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 by podle p\u0159edb\u011b\u017en\u00fdch odhad\u016f m\u011blo st\u00e1t 25 milion\u016f korun.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Spole\u010dn\u00e9 pen\u00edze<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Propojen\u00ed obou n\u00e1kupn\u00edch z\u00f3n m\u00e1 podle pl\u00e1n\u016f \u00fastit u kruhov\u00e9ho objezdu u Tesca. \u201eNarealizacibyse pod\u00edlelo jak m\u011bsto, tak pr\u00e1v\u011b i dot\u010den\u00e9 obchody. Moment\u00e1ln\u011b prob\u00edhaj\u00ed velmi intenzivn\u00ed jedn\u00e1n\u00ed a jsem p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den, \u017ee se brzy dobereme zd\u00e1rn\u00e9ho konce,\u201c \u0159ekl Den\u00edku n\u00e1m\u011bstek hradeck\u00e9ho prim\u00e1tora Jind\u0159ich Vedlich s t\u00edm, \u017ee v\u00fdhodou p\u0159i jedn\u00e1n\u00ed je fakt, \u017ee na uva\u017eovanou oblast ji\u017e existuje platn\u00e9 \u00fazemn\u00edrozhodnut\u00ed.\u201eAbyv\u0161ak mohlo b\u00fdt vyd\u00e1no i stavebn\u00ed povolen\u00ed, mus\u00ed b\u00fdt vy\u0159e\u0161eny pozemky. Vy\u0159e\u0161en\u00ed t\u00e9to problematiky m\u00e1 na starosti n\u00e1m\u011bstkyn\u011b pro oblast spr\u00e1vy majetku m\u011bsta Romana Li\u0161kov\u00e1,\u201c uvedl Jind\u0159ich Vedlich. Podle n\u00e1m\u011bstkyn\u011b jsou tato jedn\u00e1n\u00ed, i p\u0159es jeden sporn\u00fd pozemek, na dobr\u00e9 cest\u011b.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eDomn\u00edv\u00e1m se, \u017ee je\u0161t\u011b b\u011bhem tohoto roku dojdeme k dohod\u011b. P\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00ed rok by pak mohlo b\u00fdt hotovo stavebn\u00ed povolen\u00ed a cel\u00e1 v\u011bc by se u\u017e kone\u010dn\u011b mohla realizovat,\u201c uvedla Romana Li\u0161kov\u00e1 s t\u00edm, krom\u011b financ\u00ed m\u011bsta a firem, by se na realizaci n\u00e1kupn\u00edho \u201ebypassu\u201c mohl pod\u00edlet i st\u00e1t \u010di Evropsk\u00e1 unie. \u201eBudeme hledat vhodn\u00e9 dota\u010dn\u00ed tituly,\u201c informovala Romana Li\u0161kov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Probl\u00e9mov\u00e1 stezka<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Propojen\u00ed obou n\u00e1kupn\u00edch z\u00f3n v\u0161ak nen\u00ed jedin\u00fd probl\u00e9m, kter\u00fd tr\u00e1p\u00ed toto \u00fazem\u00ed. Velk\u00e1 otazn\u00edk ji\u017e del\u0161\u00ed dobu vis\u00ed nad zru\u0161enou cyklostezkou vedouc\u00ed z Jungmannovy ulice k obchodn\u00ed z\u00f3n\u011b. Cestu pro kola\u0159e toti\u017e ji\u017e n\u011bkolik let prov\u00e1zej\u00ed nep\u0159\u00edjemnosti. Komunikaci m\u011bsto z\u00edskalo po dostavb\u011b hypermarketu Tesco v roce 2001. Ale nez\u00edskalo v\u0161echny pozemky. S vlastn\u00edkem pozemku, na kter\u00e9m \u010d\u00e1st stezky vedla, m\u011bla radnice dlouhodob\u00fd spor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eM\u011bsto mi nab\u00eddlo \u010dty\u0159i pozemky na v\u00fdm\u011bnu. Dva z nich byly nepou\u017eiteln\u00e9 a u zbyl\u00fdch jsem zjistil, \u017ee p\u0159es n\u011b m\u00e1 v\u00e9st komunikace. A to mi magistr\u00e1t zatajil,\u201d \u0159ekl Den\u00edku ji\u017e d\u0159\u00edve Vratislav Vrabec, majitel pozemk\u016f, p\u0159es kter\u00e9 vedla cyklostezka. Nakonec soud rozhodl, \u017ee do konce roku 2011 mus\u00ed b\u00fdt cesta z pozemku odstran\u011bna. Magistr\u00e1t tedy vybudoval n\u00e1hradn\u00ed n\u011bkolik des\u00edtek metr\u016f dlouhou okliku. Ta v\u0161ak m\u00e1 nedostate\u010dn\u00fd mlatov\u00fd povrch.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Pom\u016f\u017ee Ji\u017en\u00ed spojka?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b se v\u0161ak cyklist\u016fm \u010di in\u00adline brusla\u0159\u016fm bl\u00fdsk\u00e1 na lep\u0161\u00ed \u010dasy. \u201eV\u00edm, \u017ee to mnoz\u00ed vn\u00edmaj\u00ed jako velk\u00fd probl\u00e9m. V tuto chv\u00edli prov\u011b\u0159ujeme vazbu na budouc\u00ed komunikaci spojuj\u00edc\u00ed Kukleny s Hradubickou autostr\u00e1dou takzvanou Ji\u017en\u00ed spojkou\u201c \u0159ekl Den\u00edku Jind\u0159ich Vedlich.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cyklostezka by tak m\u011bla b\u00fdt upravena sou\u010dasn\u011b s ji\u017e del\u0161\u00ed dobou uva\u017eovanou silnic\u00ed, je\u017e m\u00e1 spojit k\u0159i\u017eovatku Bl\u00e1hovka s hlavn\u00edm tahem na Pardubice. Od t\u00e9to stavby si m\u011bsto slibuje odleh\u010den\u00ed dopravy. Tedy hlavn\u011b t\u00e9 kamionov\u00e9, kdy \u0159idi\u010di cestou z d\u00e1lnice D11 na Jarom\u011b\u0159 nebo na Prahu proj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bj\u00ed centrem m\u011bsta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eDoch\u00e1z\u00ed k p\u0159epracov\u00e1n\u00ed dokumentace pro \u00fazemn\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed, kde projektant mimo jin\u00e9 prov\u011b\u0159uje trasov\u00e1n\u00ed cyklostezky, tak aby nekolidovala s napojen\u00edm Ji\u017en\u00ed spojky.
