Radnice proto u\u017e zadala zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed studie, kter\u00e1 by m\u011bla probl\u00e9my mal\u00e9, av\u0161ak o to v\u00edce vyt\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 k\u0159i\u017eovatky vy\u0159e\u0161it. A nejen j\u00ed.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Na t\u00e9\u010dku, kter\u00e9 na prvn\u00ed m\u011bstsk\u00fd okruh v Hradci Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u00ed \u0159idi\u010de z hust\u011b zabydlen\u00e9ho Moravsk\u00e9ho P\u0159edm\u011bst\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 od Fakultn\u00ed nemocnice, vznikaj\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b kv\u016fli frekventovan\u00e9 doprav\u011b \u010dasto nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 situace. Ty posiluje vedle aut jedouc\u00edch od Pardubic i p\u0159\u00edtomnost okresn\u00edho soudu a zimn\u00edho stadionu, k nim\u017e se \u0159idi\u010di mus\u00ed p\u0159es tuto k\u0159i\u017eovatku dostat. Hradeck\u00e1 radnice zadala zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed studie, kter\u00e1 by m\u011bla probl\u00e9my vy\u0159e\u0161it. Pro zaplacen\u00ed rekonstrukce chce vyu\u017e\u00edt evropsk\u00e9 pen\u00edze z fond\u016f ITI, kter\u00e9 hradeckopardubick\u00e9 aglomeraci p\u0159ihraj\u00ed n\u011bkolik miliard korun, a to zejm\u00e9na na dopravn\u00ed projekty. K samotn\u00e9 rekonstrukci, jej\u00ed\u017e hodnotu magistr\u00e1t je\u0161t\u011b nevy\u010d\u00edslil, by m\u011blo doj\u00edt u\u017e za t\u0159i roky.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rekonstrukce Fortny by m\u011bla pomoci hlavn\u011b \u0159idi\u010d\u016fm MHD, kte\u0159\u00ed se zejm\u00e9na ve \u0161pi\u010dk\u00e1ch s autobusy a trolejbusy mus\u00ed posouvat v kolon\u00e1ch osobn\u00edch aut a nab\u00edraj\u00ed zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed. Tamn\u00ed zast\u00e1vky pat\u0159\u00ed mezi hradeck\u00e9 dopravn\u00ed uzly, nebo\u0165 je prot\u00ednaj\u00ed p\u00e1te\u0159n\u00ed linky spojuj\u00edc\u00ed centrum s velk\u00fdmi s\u00eddli\u0161ti a hlavn\u00edm n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00edm. \u201eV projektu chceme prov\u011b\u0159it mo\u017en\u00fd vznik p\u0159estupn\u00edho termin\u00e1lu v centru m\u011bsta s vazbou na integrovan\u00fd dopravn\u00ed syst\u00e9m, a tak\u00e9 tam vytvo\u0159it syst\u00e9m chytr\u00fdch zast\u00e1vek,\u201c p\u0159ibli\u017euje n\u00e1m\u011bstek hradeck\u00e9ho prim\u00e1tora pro rozvoj m\u011bsta Jind\u0159ich Vedlich (TOP09).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chytr\u00e9 zast\u00e1vky by mohly nab\u00eddnout \u0159adu dopl\u0148kov\u00fdch funkc\u00ed, od hlasov\u00e9ho nav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed pro zrakov\u011b posti\u017een\u00e9 p\u0159es panely p\u0159esn\u00fdch odjezd\u016f jednotliv\u00fdch linek a\u017e t\u0159eba po dotykov\u00e9 informa\u010dn\u00ed panely nab\u00edzej\u00edc\u00ed aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed informace o spoj\u00edch, kultu\u0159e \u010di po\u010das\u00ed, poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed internetov\u00e9ho p\u0159ipojen\u00ed nebo tla\u010d\u00edtko pro p\u0159ivol\u00e1n\u00ed pomoci v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b napaden\u00ed nebo zdravotn\u00ed indispozice. To v\u0161e u\u017e jsou dnes schopn\u00e9 inteligentn\u00ed zast\u00e1vky nab\u00eddnout, z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed jen na m\u011bstech, \u010d\u00edm je napln\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>P\u011b\u0161\u00ed z\u00f3na u Grandu?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Velkou modernizac\u00ed by si m\u011bl proj\u00edt i nedalek\u00fd dopravn\u00ed uzel U Grandu na t\u0159\u00edd\u011b \u010cSA, p\u0159estup mezi v\u011bt\u0161inou linek hromadn\u00e9 dopravy. I tam chce radnice evropsk\u00e9 pen\u00edze investovat zejm\u00e9na do modern\u00edho odbavovac\u00edho a informa\u010dn\u00edho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pro cestuj\u00edc\u00ed a zlep\u0161en\u00ed podm\u00ednek pro p\u011b\u0161\u00ed a cyklisty.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eSou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed studie, kterou nyn\u00ed nech\u00e1v\u00e1me zpracovat, je i celkov\u00e9 zklidn\u011bn\u00ed prostoru od individu\u00e1ln\u00ed automobilov\u00e9 dopravy. Samoz\u0159ejmost\u00ed bude komplexn\u00ed bezbari\u00e9rovost,\u201c popisuje Vedlich. Prostor U Grandu by m\u011bl d\u00edky architekt\u016fm z\u00edskat nov\u00fd mobili\u00e1\u0159 a lep\u0161\u00ed vazbu na infocentrum. Podm\u00ednky by se m\u011bly zlep\u0161it tak\u00e9 pro z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed tamn\u00edch obchod\u016f a restaurac\u00ed, kter\u00e9 je kv\u016fli hust\u00e9 doprav\u011b v m\u00edst\u011b komplikovan\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Veden\u00ed m\u011bsta u\u017e ned\u00e1vno pustilo do sv\u011bta n\u00e1pad, \u017ee by prostor mezi Adalbertinem a Mosteckou ulic\u00ed p\u0159estav\u011blo na p\u011b\u0161\u00ed z\u00f3nu s vjezdem hromadn\u00e9 dopravy. \u201eJe to jeden z prvn\u00edch po\u010din\u016f, kter\u00fd by mohl nazna\u010dit, jak by to v budoucnu v Hradci mohlo vypadat. Jen\u017ee m\u00e1 to i souvislosti, kter\u00e9 se mus\u00ed propo\u010d\u00edtat. T\u0159eba jak to ovlivn\u00ed dopravn\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e na ostatn\u00edch k\u0159i\u017eovatk\u00e1ch. N\u00e1pad se mi v\u0161ak ka\u017edop\u00e1dn\u011b l\u00edb\u00ed, proto\u017ee podporuju pl\u00e1ny znesnadnit pohyb po m\u011bst\u011b pro individu\u00e1ln\u00ed automobilovou dopravu,\u201c uvedl koncem z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed pro MF DNES hradeck\u00fd prim\u00e1tor Zden\u011bk Fink (HDK).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Takov\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed by ocenil i \u0159editel hradeck\u00e9ho dopravn\u00edho podniku Miloslav Kulich. \u201eKdy\u017e se \u010d\u00e1st t\u0159\u00eddy \u010cSA ned\u00e1vno opravovala, vid\u011bli jsme, \u017ee to tam bez aut jde.
