Pro m\u011bsto p\u0159edstavuje tento krok podstatn\u00fd posun sm\u011brem ke zkulturn\u011bn\u00ed o o\u017eiven\u00ed t\u00e9to lokality, v\u010detn\u011b nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed po\u010dtu pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst pod hlavi\u010dkou ov\u011b\u0159en\u00e9ho investora. Ten pro sv\u00e9 budouc\u00ed p\u016fsobi\u0161t\u011b vyhl\u00ed\u017eel vhodn\u00e9 pozemky i v sousedn\u00edch Pardubic\u00edch. K dne\u0161n\u00edmu podpisu budouc\u00ed kupn\u00ed smlouvy dali mand\u00e1t sv\u00fdm hlasov\u00e1n\u00edm po\u010d\u00e1tkem z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed zastupitel\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pozemek, kter\u00fd m\u011bsto prodalo \u010cSOB, je u\u017e dev\u011bt let zat\u00ed\u017een n\u00e1jemn\u00edm vztahem s developerskou spole\u010dnost\u00ed Unimex, co\u017e v t\u011bchto m\u00edstech omezuje jin\u00e9 projekty bez spolupr\u00e1ce s touto spole\u010dnost\u00ed. V\u00fdsledkem pom\u011brn\u011b dlouh\u00e9ho vyjedn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed t\u0159\u00ed stran, tedy m\u011bsta, Unimexu a \u010cSOB, je uzav\u0159en\u00ed souboru smluv, v\u010detn\u011b budouc\u00ed smlouvy o prodeji t\u011bchto pozemk\u016f o celkov\u00e9 v\u00fdm\u011b\u0159e 8128 m2 za 28,448 mil. korun. Dohromady \u010cSOB vynalo\u017e\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stku adekv\u00e1tn\u00ed tr\u017en\u00ed cen\u011b, kdy\u017e krom\u011b kupn\u00ed ceny, kterou hrad\u00ed m\u011bstu, nab\u00eddlo, \u017ee se bude finan\u010dn\u011b vypo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1vat tak\u00e9 s Unimexem. Bude tak \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b kompenzovat n\u00e1klady Unimexu s \u00fadr\u017ebou pozemku, ji\u017e proveden\u00fdmi projek\u010dn\u00edmi pracemi a pron\u00e1jmem pozemku, kter\u00fd n\u00e1jemce musel platit m\u011bstu od \u010dervence 2006. Za dobu trv\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1jemn\u00edho vztahu takto m\u011bsto obdr\u017eelo od spole\u010dnosti Unimex \u010d\u00e1stku 7 721 600 korun.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u010cSOB si zakl\u00e1d\u00e1 na spole\u010densk\u00e9 odpov\u011bdnosti a db\u00e1 jak na architekturu vlastn\u00ed stavby a optim\u00e1ln\u00ed pracovn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed pro sv\u00e9 pracovn\u00edky, tak na kultivaci a dal\u0161\u00ed rozvoj sv\u00e9ho okol\u00ed. D\u00edky projektu stavby administrativn\u00ed budovy \u010cSOB se lokalita o\u017eiv\u00ed a do budoucna m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159in\u00e9st i na okoln\u00ed pozemky velk\u00fd rozmach. \u201e\u010cSOB vstupem do lokality Aldis a v\u00fdstavbou vlastn\u00ed nov\u00e9 budovy v\u00fdznamn\u011b a s dlouhodobou perspektivou zapou\u0161t\u00ed v t\u00e9to v\u00fdchodo\u010desk\u00e9 metropoli ko\u0159eny,\u201c vysv\u011btluje Zora K\u0159i\u010dkov\u00e1, v\u00fdkonn\u00e1 \u0159editelka Facilities managementu z \u010cSOB a dod\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee se nejedn\u00e1 o spekulativn\u00ed \u010di komer\u010dn\u00ed investici, proto\u017ee banka opravdu hledala sv\u00e9 pevn\u00e9 region\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00eddlo. Z \u00fadaj\u016f \u010cSOB vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee zde hodl\u00e1 vybudovat architektonicky nad\u010dasov\u00fd bankovn\u00ed d\u016fm, kter\u00fd citliv\u011b zapadne do kontextu m\u011bsta a bude kombinovat ve\u0161ker\u00e9 bankou nab\u00edzen\u00e9 slu\u017eby. \u201eV budov\u011b je pl\u00e1nov\u00e1na j\u00eddelna, kav\u00e1rna, pobo\u010dka pro ve\u0161kerou klientelu \u010cSOB. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 chceme vytvo\u0159it prostor pro n\u00e1r\u016fst kapacity vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00edm zcela nov\u00fdch pracovi\u0161\u0165,\u201c dod\u00e1v\u00e1 Zora K\u0159i\u010dkov\u00e1 z \u010cSOB.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eRozhodnut\u00ed \u010cSOB je pro n\u00e1s bezpochyby pozitivn\u00ed informac\u00ed a celou z\u00e1le\u017eitost bereme v podstat\u011b jako investi\u010dn\u00ed pob\u00eddku za \u00fa\u010delem vytvo\u0159en\u00ed nov\u00fdch pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst a o\u017eiven\u00ed lokality. Tomu pom\u016f\u017ee i l\u00e1vka p\u0159es Labe, kter\u00e1 do budoucna propoj\u00ed centrum m\u011bsta se \u0160imkov\u00fdmi sady. Po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1me s t\u00edm, \u017ee nedaleko objektu vznikne tak\u00e9 zast\u00e1vka MHD, kter\u00e1 poslou\u017e\u00ed i Hrade\u010dan\u016fm bydl\u00edc\u00edm v okol\u00ed.
