S pl\u00e1novan\u00fdm zdvoukolejn\u011bn\u00edm \u00faseku trati mezi Hradcem Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 a Opatovicemi nad Labem, kter\u00e9 by m\u011blo b\u00fdt hotov\u00e9 v roce 2020, se m\u011bl podjezd pod kolejemi roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159it a prohloubit a to by ulevilo doprav\u011b na frekventovan\u00e9 cest\u011b, kterou \u0159ada \u0159idi\u010d\u016f vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 i jako spojnici mezi Hradcem a d\u00e1lnic\u00ed D 11. M\u011bsto se v\u0161ak nyn\u00ed z rekonstrukce podjezdu sna\u017e\u00ed vycouvat. D\u016fvod? Pen\u00edze.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eOprava samotn\u00e9ho mostu by st\u00e1la minim\u00e1ln\u011b 120 milion\u016f korun, kompletn\u00ed podjezd by se mohl vy\u0161plhat a\u017e na 200 milion\u016f, a tolik pen\u011bz v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b nem\u00e1me, proto\u017ee je p\u0159ed n\u00e1mi \u0159ada dal\u0161\u00edch investi\u010dn\u00edch akc\u00ed, jako nap\u0159\u00edklad Velk\u00e9 n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed \u010di rekonstrukce teras,\u201c zd\u016fvod\u0148uje n\u00e1m\u011bstek prim\u00e1tora pro rozvoj Jind\u0159ich Vedlich (TOP 09). Mo\u017enost z\u00edskat dotaci pr\u00fd v sou\u010dasnosti neexistuje.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Magistr\u00e1t m\u00e1 toti\u017e probl\u00e9m i s t\u00edm, \u017ee most je v majetku Spr\u00e1vy \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed dopravn\u00ed cesty (S\u017dDC). \u201eInvestice do ciz\u00edho majetku je problematick\u00e1,\u201c tvrd\u00ed Vedlich, kter\u00fd je\u0161t\u011b chce jet v n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch t\u00fddnech jednat na ministerstvo dopravy a zjistit, zda by nebylo mo\u017en\u00e9 d\u00e1t p\u0159estavbu podjezdu do celkov\u00fdch n\u00e1klad\u016f p\u0159estavby tra&amp;ti. Ty by podle odhadu S\u017dDC m\u011bly na \u00faseku Opatovice &#8211; Hradec \u010dinit zhruba 3,5 miliardy korun.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Spr\u00e1va v\u0161ak s kompletn\u00ed rekonstrukc\u00ed podjezdu nepo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1. \u201e\u017delezni\u010dn\u00ed most p\u0159es kuklensk\u00fd podjezd je z hlediska S\u017dDC vyhodnocen jako vyhovuj\u00edc\u00ed a do stavby jsou zahrnuty pouze pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 sanace nosn\u00e9 konstrukce mostu,\u201c vysv\u011btluje mluv\u010d\u00ed S\u017dDC Jakub Pta\u010dinsk\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P\u0159\u00edpadnou rekonstrukci ji\u017e \u0159e\u0161il v\u00fdbor pro \u00fazemn\u00ed pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed a dostane se i na st\u016fl komise pro dopravu. Mezi \u010dleny obou slo\u017eek v\u0161ak nevl\u00e1dne \u00fapln\u00e1 shoda. Rozhodnut\u00ed m\u011bsta kritizuje nap\u0159\u00edklad \u010dlen v\u00fdboru architekt Franti\u0161ek K\u0159elina, podle n\u011bj\u017e by m\u011bsto takovou \u0161anci nem\u011blo promarnit. \u201ePro m\u011bsto je to historick\u00e1 \u0161ance. V\u0161echny probl\u00e9my se objev\u00ed v pln\u00e9 kr\u00e1se v okam\u017eiku, kdy bude uvedeno do provozu obchodn\u00ed centrum Aupark a tak\u00e9 a\u017e dojde k napojen\u00ed Kuklen na D 11,\u201c upozor\u0148uje architekt. \u201eA finan\u010dn\u011b je to jako jedna okru\u017en\u00ed k\u0159i\u017eovatka u Auparku,\u201c nar\u00e1\u017e\u00ed K\u0159elina na k\u0159i\u017eovatku u Koruny, kterou \u0159ada obyvatel m\u011bsta kritizuje kv\u016fli jej\u00ed vysok\u00e9 cen\u011b a tak\u00e9 velk\u00e9 font\u00e1n\u011b, ji\u017e pova\u017euj\u00ed za zbyte\u010dnost.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eM\u00e1me dv\u011b studie t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se Auparku, Go\u010d\u00e1rovy a Pra\u017esk\u00e9 t\u0159\u00eddy, v nich\u017e je zahrnut i tento podjezd. Dopravn\u00ed propustnost je podle nich dostate\u010dn\u00e1 na dal\u0161\u00edch 30 let,\u201c vyvrac\u00ed argumenty kritik\u016f Vedlich a tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee rekonstrukce podjezdu nen\u00ed na zdvoukolejn\u011bn\u00ed trati z\u00e1visl\u00e1 a bude ji mo\u017en\u00e9 prov\u00e9st i pozd\u011bji.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Podjezd \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed trati je velk\u00fdm tr\u00e1pen\u00edm Kuklen ji\u017e dlouhodob\u011b, nebo\u0165 je \u00fazk\u00fd a doprava z Pra\u017esk\u00e9 t\u0159\u00eddy se tak p\u0159ed n\u00edm sv\u00e1d\u00ed pouze do dvou pruh\u016f. Okrajovou \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed m\u011bsta p\u0159itom projede denn\u011b p\u0159es 18 tis\u00edc automobil\u016f a po napojen\u00ed d\u00e1lnice u Hradce se d\u00e1 p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dat, \u017ee \u010d\u00edslo je\u0161t\u011b naroste.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se zdvoukolej\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00edm trati mezi Hradcem a Pardubicemi za\u010dala S\u017dDC v lo\u0148sk\u00e9m roce. Prvn\u00ed etapu mezi St\u00e9blovou a Opatovicemi nad Labem za 770 milion\u016f korun dokon\u010d\u00ed v \u0159\u00e1du t\u00fddn\u016f, ji\u017e od 31. \u0159\u00edjna by na \u00faseku m\u011bl za\u010d\u00edt provoz.<br \/>\nZah\u00e1jit dal\u0161\u00ed etapu stavby sm\u011brem k Hradci Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 chce S\u017dDC v druh\u00e9 polovin\u011b roku 2018.
