Podle nich by se ob\u011b s\u00eddla m\u011bla do roku 2050 p\u0159estat naz\u00fdvat \u201epouh\u00fdm\u201c m\u011bstem. Maj\u00ed se toti\u017e st\u00e1t rovnou jednou velkou metropol\u00ed. \u201ePropojen\u00edm s Pardubicemi vznikne metropolitn\u00ed aglomerace,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Kotas, podle kter\u00e9ho se Opatovice nad Labem stanou nov\u00fdm spole\u010dn\u00fdm p\u0159edm\u011bst\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p>Podle obou architekt\u016f se Hradec bude Pardubic\u00edm p\u0159ibli\u017eovat i proto, \u017ee se m\u011bsto m\u00e1 podle nich rozv\u00edjet hlavn\u011b sm\u011brem k d\u00e1lnici D11. \u201eVn\u00edmaj\u00ed vztah hradecko-pardubick\u00e9 aglomerace a uva\u017euj\u00ed o ur\u010dit\u00e9 protiv\u00e1ze aglomerace pra\u017esk\u00e9,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 na adresu architekt\u016f vedouc\u00ed architektonick\u00e9ho odboru hradeck\u00e9 radnice Petr Br\u016fna.<\/p>\n<p>S propojen\u00edm Hradce a Pardubic u\u017e po\u010d\u00edtali za minul\u00e9ho re\u017eimu komunist\u00e9. V pl\u00e1nech m\u011bli tramvajovou tra\u0165 mezi ob\u011bma m\u011bsty, sp\u00ed\u0161e ve snech se po\u010d\u00edtalo i s metrem. Alespo\u0148 \u010d\u00e1st viz\u00ed by r\u00e1di p\u0159ijali architekti Kotas a Vymet\u00e1lek. \u201eTakzvan\u00e1 hybridn\u00ed tramvajov\u00e1 doprava by ve sm\u011brech na Jarom\u011b\u0159, Pardubice a Chrudim \u010di Chlumec nad Cidlinou m\u011bla vyu\u017e\u00edvat st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch vlakov\u00fdch kolej\u00ed,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Kotas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Propojen\u00ed bude p\u0159irozen\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Neodvratnost spojen\u00ed obou nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch v\u00fdchodo\u010desk\u00fdch m\u011bst uzn\u00e1v\u00e1 i pardubick\u00fd zastupitel a architekt Ale\u0161 Klose. Podle n\u011bj k n\u00ed v\u0161ak v n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch letech dojde i bez nov\u00fdch \u00fazemn\u00edch pl\u00e1n\u016f \u010di \u010dinnosti politik\u016f. \u201eP\u016fjde to samo a vlastn\u011b mimo v\u016fli obou m\u011bst. Developersk\u00e9 firmy zde ve t\u0159ech etap\u00e1ch buduj\u00ed novostavby &#8211; v\u0161echny u\u017e jsou prodan\u00e9. Po\u010det obyvatel obce se za kr\u00e1tkou dobu zv\u00fd\u0161il z 200 na 600,\u201c uvedl p\u0159ed \u010dasem starosta N\u011bm\u010dic Jaroslav \u0160t\u011bp\u00e1nek.<\/p>\n<p>Stejn\u00e1 situace pak panuje i v dal\u0161\u00edch podobn\u00fdch obc\u00edch. \u201eSta\u010d\u00ed se pod\u00edvat, jak je odpoledne ucpan\u00e1 ta \u00fapln\u011b p\u016fvodn\u00ed silnice Pardubice &#8211; Hradec. Tamn\u00ed vesnice p\u0159itahuj\u00ed \u010d\u00edm d\u00e1l t\u00edm v\u00edce lid\u00ed. Pr\u00e1v\u011b doprava bude st\u00e1t nejv\u00edce za propojov\u00e1n\u00edm obou m\u011bst. Budou se stav\u011bt dal\u0161\u00ed silnice, bude jezdit v\u00edce vlak\u016f i autobus\u016f. To je pr\u00e1v\u011b ten p\u0159irozen\u00fd v\u00fdvoj,\u201c uvedl Klose.<\/p>\n<p>Pravdou je, \u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b tento t\u00fdden se otev\u00edr\u00e1 dal\u0161\u00ed kus \u010dty\u0159proudov\u00e9 silnice a v pl\u00e1nu je tak\u00e9 vystav\u011bn\u00ed druh\u00e9 koleje mezi Hradcem a Pardubicemi. To v\u0161e bude propojov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u011bst jen zrychlovat. \u201eMysl\u00edm, \u017ee \u010dasem z toho bude dokonce velk\u00e9 trojm\u011bst\u00ed. I Chrudim se toti\u017e Pardubic\u00edm vlastn\u011b rychle p\u0159ibli\u017euje. V z\u00e1padn\u00ed Evrop\u011b je takov\u00fd trend \u00fapln\u011b b\u011b\u017en\u00fd. Nap\u0159\u00edklad vN\u011bmecku se v okol\u00ed takov\u00e9ho Kol\u00edna nad R\u00fdnem propojilo hned n\u011bkolik m\u011bst,\u201c dodal Klose.<\/p>\n<p>Ostatn\u011b i sami \u0161\u00e9fov\u00e9 obou radnic v posledn\u00ed dob\u011b bojuj\u00ed za rychlej\u0161\u00ed spojov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u011bst. Moment\u00e1ln\u011b se nejv\u00edce mluv\u00ed o dlouho odkl\u00e1dan\u00e9 stavb\u011b cyklostezky. \u201eByl bych r\u00e1d, kdyby se p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00ed rok kone\u010dn\u011b za\u010dalo stav\u011bt,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 n\u00e1m\u011bstek hradeck\u00e9ho prim\u00e1tora Jind\u0159ich Vedlich.<\/p>\n<p>Jeho pardubick\u00fd prot\u011bj\u0161ek Martin B\u00edlek tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee cyklostezka bude st\u00e1t mezi 130 a\u017e 140 miliony korun. Ob\u011b m\u011bsta cht\u011bj\u00ed zalo\u017eit obecn\u011b prosp\u011b\u0161nou spole\u010dnost, podat \u017e\u00e1dost o pen\u00edze a za\u010d\u00edt co nejd\u0159\u00edve stav\u011bt. \u201eSna\u017e\u00edme se vyu\u017e\u00edt i dal\u0161\u00ed finan\u010dn\u00ed zdroje,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Vedlich.<\/p>\n<p>Zm\u011bna p\u016fvodn\u00edho, t\u0159i roky star\u00e9ho projektu cyklostezky bude st\u00e1t p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 350 tis\u00edc korun. \u201eTo nen\u00ed na dv\u011b statut\u00e1rn\u00ed m\u011bsta moc, nen\u00ed to nic, co bychom nezvl\u00e1dli,\u201c \u0159ekl n\u00e1m\u011bstek pardubick\u00e9 prim\u00e1torky Martin B\u00edlek.<\/p>\n<p>Podle n\u00e1m\u011bstka \u0159editele St\u00e1tn\u00edho fondu dopravn\u00ed infrastruktury Tom\u00e1\u0161e \u010co\u010dka sta\u010d\u00ed, aby politici p\u0159edlo\u017eili dobr\u00fd projekt. \u201eFond nep\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 na rekrea\u010dn\u00ed stezky, ale na stezky, kter\u00e9 pom\u00e1haj\u00ed lidem cestovat. Zd\u00e1 se, \u017ee budou \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00ed. \u201eHradec i Pardubice jsou jednozna\u010dn\u011b pro stavbu druh\u00e9 koleje. Zat\u00edm to vypad\u00e1 na koleji\u0161t\u011b mezi St\u00e9blovou a Opatovicemi,\u201c uvedl Vedlich.<\/p>\n<p>Cesta po jednokolejce trv\u00e1 asi p\u011btadvacet minut. S druhou kolej\u00ed by se ale mohla cesta zkr\u00e1tit t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 na polovinu.
