P\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed velk\u00fdch letoun\u016f by p\u0159itom nemuselo st\u00e1t astronomick\u00e9 sumy.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I kdy\u017e hradeck\u00e9 leti\u0161t\u011b vloni odbavilo o dev\u011bt procent v\u00edce cestuj\u00edc\u00edch ne\u017e v roce 2013, oproti Pardubic\u00edm si st\u00e1le mus\u00ed p\u0159ipadat jako chud\u00fd p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00fd, p\u0159esto\u017ee i sousedn\u00ed aeroport se pot\u00fdk\u00e1 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm s velk\u00fdm \u00fabytkem rusk\u00fdch pasa\u017e\u00e9r\u016f. Ale u\u017e brzy m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt v\u0161e jinak. Nen\u00ed to p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 drah\u00e9 ani technicky slo\u017eit\u00e9, a p\u0159itom do Hradce bude s nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost\u00ed p\u0159il\u00e9tat daleko v\u00edce lid\u00ed ne\u017e dosud. M\u00edstn\u00ed leti\u0161t\u011b bude jako v\u016fbec prvn\u00ed v republice vybaven\u00e9 syst\u00e9mem IFR, kter\u00e9 umo\u017en\u00ed p\u0159ist\u00e1vat i v podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch, je\u017e maj\u00ed daleko k ide\u00e1ln\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eKdy\u017e to dob\u0159e p\u016fjde, od poloviny \u0159\u00edjna by se zde mohlo p\u0159ist\u00e1vat i za zt\u00ed\u017een\u00fdch podm\u00ednek a t\u00edm p\u00e1dem m\u016f\u017eeme o\u010dek\u00e1vat daleko \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed lety. Pracujeme na tom v\u00edce ne\u017e dva roky, pod\u00edl\u00ed se na tom i ministerstvo dopravy a obrany a arm\u00e1da nebo \u00da\u0159ad civiln\u00edho letectv\u00ed. Na\u0161e leti\u0161t\u011b zp\u0159\u00edstupn\u00edme hlavn\u011b z\u00e1jemc\u016fm z ciziny, kte\u0159\u00ed sem zat\u00edm nel\u00e9tali, proto\u017ee nem\u011bli jistotu, zda v\u016fbec p\u0159istanou,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 \u0159editel Leteck\u00fdch slu\u017eeb Vladim\u00edr Griga, jen\u017e stru\u010dn\u011b popisuje princip : \u201eBude se vyu\u017e\u00edvat palubn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed letounu, kter\u00e9mu jen vytvo\u0159\u00edme podm\u00ednky, aby tady mohl p\u0159ist\u00e1t.\u201c<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I p\u0159es novou \u201enavigaci\u201c se \u00fadajn\u011b zat\u00edm ned\u00e1 o\u010dek\u00e1vat, \u017ee by z Hradce byly odbavov\u00e1ny charterov\u00e9 lety. Krom\u011b vysok\u00fdch n\u00e1klad\u016f na v\u00fdstavbu termin\u00e1lu a dal\u0161\u00ed \u00fapravy toti\u017e existuje gentlemansk\u00e1 dohoda o \u201ene\u00fato\u010den\u00ed\u201c s Pardubicemi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pom\u011brn\u011b mohutn\u00fd budouc\u00ed progres \u0161irok\u00e9ho okol\u00ed hradeck\u00e9ho aeroportu je v\u0161ak patrn\u00fd v nov\u00e9m \u00fazemn\u00edm pl\u00e1nu m\u011bsta. A pr\u00e1v\u011b i jeho spoluautor Tom\u00e1\u0161 Vymet\u00e1lek by do \u201esout\u011b\u017ee\u201c s Pardubicemi \u0161el. \u201eByla by hrozn\u00e1 \u0161koda dop\u0159edu se vzd\u00e1vat charterov\u00fdch nebo cargo let\u016f. Pardubice jsou omezen\u00e9 vojensk\u00fdm provozem leti\u0161t\u011b a Hradec by m\u011bl ve sv\u00e9m sna\u017een\u00ed vytrvat, p\u0159esto\u017ee nyn\u00ed nem\u00e1 finance. Nem\u011bl by se vzd\u00e1t t\u0159eba u\u017e z toho d\u016fvodu, \u017ee v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b by p\u0159es nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1kony a vyhl\u00e1\u0161ky nebylo mo\u017en\u00e9 postavit \u010dty\u0159kilometrovou p\u0159ist\u00e1vac\u00ed plochu jako m\u00e1,\u201c zmi\u0148uje Vymet\u00e1lek p\u0159ednost Hradce.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eM\u011bsto p\u0159i\u0161lo o n\u00e1vrh integrovan\u00e9ho z\u00e1chrann\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu, a tak mus\u00edme zm\u011bnit priority na leti\u0161ti. Nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je dopravn\u00ed napojen\u00ed, proto nyn\u00ed aktualizujeme koridor severn\u00ed tangenty a intenzivn\u011b jedn\u00e1me i o v\u011bko\u0161sk\u00e9 radi\u00e1le. Ale r\u00e1di bychom \u0161li cestou byznys let\u016f kolem 30 cestuj\u00edc\u00edch,\u201c p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161l\u00ed n\u00e1m\u011bstek prim\u00e1tora Jind\u0159ich Vedlich.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u017de i na hradeck\u00e9m leti\u0161ti mohou bez probl\u00e9mu p\u0159ist\u00e1vat opravdu velk\u00e9 dopravn\u00ed letouny, p\u0159ed n\u011bkolika lety ilustroval Boeing 737. \u00dapravy, aby se tu pravideln\u011b objevovala alespo\u0148 cargo letadla, by nav\u00edc nemusely b\u00fdt ani p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 drah\u00e9. \u201eKrom\u011b velk\u00fdch palivov\u00fdch n\u00e1dr\u017e\u00ed by se muselo p\u0159ed\u011blat oplocen\u00ed, proto\u017ee nespl\u0148ujeme vzd\u00e1lenost od st\u0159edu dr\u00e1hy. Nyn\u00ed to sice nen\u00ed pot\u0159eba, ale kdyby se situace zm\u011bnila, jednali jsme ji\u017e s m\u011bstem a mysl\u00edm, \u017ee v souvislosti se ziskem soukrom\u00fdch pozemk\u016f by mohlo doj\u00edt k dohod\u011b,\u201c uv\u00e1d\u00ed Griga.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eO cargo letech zat\u00edm m\u011bsto neuva\u017euje, z\u0159ejm\u011b by se musel objevit n\u011bjak\u00fd soukrom\u00fd investor a sou\u010dasn\u011b b\u00fdt zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 kategorizace leti\u0161t\u011b,\u201c upozor\u0148uje Vedlich, kter\u00fd si ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 uv\u011bdomuje budouc\u00ed \u00falohu leti\u0161t\u011b: \u201eChceme pokra\u010dovat ve velmi \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9m rozvoji r\u016fzn\u00fdch firem na jeho \u00fazem\u00ed. Nejlep\u0161\u00ed by bylo, kdyby se zab\u00fdvaly \u010dinnost\u00ed souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s letectv\u00edm.\u201c<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Spoluautor \u00fazemn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu mluv\u00ed rovnou o pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 z\u00f3n\u011b. \u201eLeteck\u00e9 slu\u017eby na sebe snadno nav\u00e1\u017eou dal\u0161\u00ed aktivity: pr\u016fmysl, v\u00fdrobu, servisn\u00ed haly a samoz\u0159ejm\u011b zam\u011bstnanost.
