Na sklonku l\u00e9ta v\u0161ak u\u017e mohli upravenou k\u0159i\u017eovatku vyu\u017e\u00edvat \u0159idi\u010di i cyklist\u00e9. V\u00fdznamn\u00fd mal\u0161ovick\u00fd dopravn\u00ed uzel nab\u00edz\u00ed po rekonstrukci nesrovnateln\u011b v\u00edce bezpe\u010dnosti pro v\u0161echny, a to v\u010detn\u011b voz\u016f m\u011bstsk\u00e9 hromadn\u00e9 dopravy.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dlouho pl\u00e1novanou rekonstrukci k\u0159i\u017eovatky spustilo m\u011bsto na ja\u0159e leto\u0161n\u00edho roku, kdy si zhotovitel cel\u00fd prostor v\u010detn\u011b navazuj\u00edc\u00edch ulic p\u0159evzal. \u201eK\u0159i\u017eovatka je po rekonstrukci a byla p\u0159ed\u00e1na do u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed, zb\u00fdv\u00e1 dod\u011blat jen n\u011bkter\u00e9 dokon\u010dovac\u00ed pr\u00e1ce,\u201c popisuje aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed stav Jind\u0159ich Vedlich, n\u00e1m\u011bstek prim\u00e1tora. Jednozna\u010dn\u00fdm c\u00edlem bylo zlep\u0161en\u00ed bezpe\u010dnosti, zlep\u0161en\u00ed rozhledov\u00fdch \u00fahl\u016f a maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed rizika kolize v\u00a0k\u0159i\u017eovatce a jej\u00edm nejbli\u017e\u0161\u00edm okol\u00ed. V\u00a0n\u011bm se toti\u017e nach\u00e1z\u00ed krom\u011b \u0161kolky i zna\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed obytn\u00fdch dom\u016f a n\u011bkolik restaura\u010dn\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eCel\u00fd proces p\u0159\u00edprav pro\u0161el n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdm schvalovac\u00edm \u0159\u00edzen\u00edm, v\u00a0n\u011bm\u017e bylo d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 stanovisko dopravn\u00ed policie. Zak\u00e1zka za zhruba 7 milion\u016f korun bez dan\u011b z\u00a0p\u0159idan\u00e9 hodnoty prob\u011bhla z\u00a0hlediska legislativn\u00edho v\u00a0naprost\u00e9m po\u0159\u00e1dku, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e prostor k\u00a0vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00ed dostali dle z\u00e1kona v\u0161ichni dot\u010den\u00ed \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed,\u201c vysv\u011btluje pom\u011brn\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dnou agendu p\u0159\u00edpravy projektu Jind\u0159ich Vedlich.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P\u0159\u00ednos rekonstrukce k\u0159i\u017eovatky poci\u0165uj\u00ed i \u0159idi\u010di m\u011bstsk\u00e9 hromadn\u00e9 dopravy, kte\u0159\u00ed zde p\u0159ed zah\u00e1jen\u00edm prac\u00ed museli kv\u016fli nep\u0159ehlednosti d\u00e1vat velik\u00fd pozor. \u201eDispozi\u010dn\u011b byla k\u0159i\u017eovatka \u0159e\u0161ena tak, \u017ee proj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed voz\u016f bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 jen s\u00a0velikou opatrnost\u00ed. Po rekonstrukci se situace zlep\u0161ila, cel\u00fd prostor se v\u00edce zp\u0159ehlednil a zcela ur\u010dit\u011b se t\u00edm sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed i riziko p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 kolize,\u201c hodnot\u00ed v\u00fdsledek rekonstrukce \u0159editel dopravn\u00edho podniku Miloslav Kulich. Cestuj\u00edc\u00edm vy\u0161lo m\u011bsto v\u00a0r\u00e1mci cel\u00e9 rekonstrukce vst\u0159\u00edc i v\u00fdstavbou nov\u00e9 \u010dek\u00e1rny MHD, kter\u00e1 v\u00a0uplynul\u00fdch t\u00fddnech nahradila p\u016fvodn\u00ed dosluhuj\u00edc\u00ed objekt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P\u016fvodn\u00ed odhadovan\u00e9 rozpo\u010dtov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady na rekonstrukci \u010dinily 20 milion\u016f korun, ale m\u011bsto d\u00edky sout\u011b\u017ei v\u00fdrazn\u011b uspo\u0159ilo. Aktu\u00e1ln\u011b se n\u00e1klady pohybuj\u00ed okolo sedmi milion\u016f korun bez dan\u011b z\u00a0p\u0159idan\u00e9 hodnoty. M\u011bsto d\u011bkuje v\u0161em ob\u010dan\u016fm, kte\u0159\u00ed se v\u00a0m\u00edst\u011b museli pot\u00fdkat s\u00a0omezen\u00edmi a r\u016fzn\u00fdmi komplikacemi, v\u010detn\u011b t\u011bch dopravn\u00edch.
