Nechyb\u011bli specialist\u00e9 na dopravu, zele\u0148 a \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Pr\u00e1v\u011b d\u00edky t\u00e9to skupin\u011b lid\u00ed se pod rukama zpracovatel\u016f Petra Sladk\u00e9ho, Tom\u00e1\u0161e Haroma a Martina Krause zrodila \u00fazemn\u00ed studie, na z\u00e1klad\u011b n\u00ed\u017e by se v\u00a0budoucnu m\u011blo zanedban\u00e9 m\u00edsto Kuklen se zch\u00e1tral\u00fdmi v\u00fdrobn\u00edmi are\u00e1ly st\u00e1t prostorem pro kvalitn\u00ed bydlen\u00ed s\u00a0vysok\u00fdm pod\u00edlem zelen\u011b v\u00a0podob\u011b dvou park\u016f. <em>\u201eV m\u00edst\u011b rozpadl\u00e9ho are\u00e1lu b\u00fdval\u00e9 ko\u017eelu\u017eny by m\u011blo vzniknout centrum soci\u00e1ln\u00edho bydlen\u00ed, integruj\u00edc\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 formy soci\u00e1ln\u00edho bydlen\u00ed od byt\u016f pro seniory, p\u0159es tzv. odleh\u010dovac\u00ed slu\u017ebu a dal\u0161\u00ed. Studie po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 i s\u00a0t\u00edm, \u017ee sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed komplexu by bylo i m\u00edsto pro setk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a kulturn\u011b spole\u010densk\u00e9 vy\u017eit\u00ed a ve\u0159ejn\u00fd prostor pro relaxaci,\u201c <\/em>popisuje budouc\u00ed funkci lokality Jind\u0159ich Vedlich, n\u00e1m\u011bstek prim\u00e1tora. V\u00fdstavba byt\u016f pro seniory by p\u0159itom zapadla i do koncepce m\u011bsta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u201e\u00dazemn\u00ed studie, s\u00a0n\u00ed\u017e jsme se do t\u00e9to presti\u017en\u00ed sout\u011b\u017ee p\u0159ihl\u00e1sili, slou\u017eila jako podklad pro vypracov\u00e1n\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edch stup\u0148\u016f projektov\u00e9 dokumentace na parky.<\/em> <em>C\u00edlem \u00fazemn\u00ed studie bylo p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm komplexn\u011b prov\u011b\u0159it mo\u017enosti p\u0159estavby \u00fazem\u00ed v\u00a0podrobnosti, kter\u00e1 nen\u00ed postihnuteln\u00e1 v\u00a0\u00fazemn\u00edm pl\u00e1nu a studie by m\u011bla rovn\u011b\u017e slou\u017eit jako podklad pro nov\u011b p\u0159ipravovan\u00fd \u00fazemn\u00ed pl\u00e1n,\u201c<\/em> vysv\u011btluje Michaela Matou\u0161ov\u00e1 z\u00a0odboru hlavn\u00edho architekta Magistr\u00e1tu m\u011bsta Hradec Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9. Velk\u00e9 pod\u011bkov\u00e1n\u00ed pat\u0159\u00ed zpracovatel\u016fm tohoto projektu,\u201c<\/em> dod\u00e1v\u00e1 Michaela Matou\u0161ov\u00e1, kter\u00e1 v\u00a0Praze osobn\u011b za cel\u00fd t\u00fdm lid\u00ed z\u00a0magistr\u00e1tu ocen\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159evzala.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Objekt b\u00fdval\u00e9 ko\u017eelu\u017eny, jak je prostor mezi Hrade\u010dany rovn\u011b\u017e naz\u00fdv\u00e1n, p\u0159itom v\u00a0tomto roce u\u017e za\u017eil prvn\u00ed vlnu demolic, ke kter\u00fdm m\u011bsto p\u0159ikro\u010dilo s\u00a0ohledem na stavby v\u00a0havarijn\u00edm stavu,\u00a0 v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b z\u0159\u00edcen\u00ed by mohly toti\u017e\u00a0ohrozit \u017eivoty chodc\u016f. <em>\u201eM\u011bsto bude do budoucna usilovat o
