Nad\u011bjn\u011b vypad\u00e1 i v\u011btven\u00ed cyklistick\u00e9 trasy a\u017e do Polska a napojen\u00ed na velkolepou magistr\u00e1lu ER-2.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><strong>HRADEC KR\u00c1LOV\u00c9<\/strong>\u00a0 \u0160estadvacetikilometrov\u00e1 stezka z Hradce Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 a\u017e do Kuksu jako by protrhla stavidla s dal\u0161\u00edmi cykloprojekty, kter\u00e9 je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed n\u011bkolika m\u011bs\u00edci byly maxim\u00e1ln\u011b ve fantazii kola\u0159\u016f.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kraj\u0161t\u00ed zastupitel\u00e9 ned\u00e1vno schv\u00e1lili pl\u00e1n, podle n\u011bho\u017e by do roku 2020 m\u011blo vyr\u016fst asi 330 kilometr\u016f nov\u00fdch tras, av\u0161ak nejnov\u011bji se narodil rovnou projekt mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed: krkono\u0161sk\u00e1 h\u0159ebenovka, je\u017e by se mohla napojit dokonce na velkolepou polskou p\u00e1te\u0159n\u00ed magistr\u00e1lu nazvanou ER-2.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eJe to sp\u00ed\u0161 teprve my\u0161lenka, ale mysl\u00edm, \u017ee by se to mohlo poda\u0159it,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 p\u0159edseda ob\u010dansk\u00e9ho sdru\u017een\u00ed Labsk\u00e1 stezka Jan Ritter.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prvn\u00edm nezbytn\u00fdm p\u0159edpokladem je dota\u017een\u00ed cyklotrasy z Vrchlab\u00ed do \u0160pindlerova Ml\u00fdna.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P\u0159esto\u017ee se je\u0161t\u011b ned\u00e1vno o prodlou\u017een\u00ed Labsk\u00e9 stezky a\u017e do Krkono\u0161 nemluvilo ani \u0161eptem, po ohromn\u00e9m \u00fasp\u011bchu asfaltov\u00e9ho pruhu z krajsk\u00e9ho m\u011bsta do Kuksu m\u00e1 stezka minim\u00e1ln\u011b ve Vrchlab\u00ed kon\u010dit u\u017e do \u010dty\u0159 let. Pouhou fata morg\u00e1nou nem\u00e1 b\u00fdt ani silnice vedouc\u00ed do \u0160pindlu. \u201eJen se mus\u00ed poda\u0159it odd\u011blit cyklisty od aut. Silnice je sice dost \u0161irok\u00e1, ale probl\u00e9my by mohly nastat t\u0159eba p\u0159i zimn\u00ed \u00fadr\u017eb\u011b,\u201c pokra\u010duje Ritter.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bonusem je silnice vedouc\u00ed a\u017e na \u0160pindlerovu boudu, kam nav\u00edc auta ji\u017e nesm\u00ed. \u201eP\u0159\u00edmo do Polska vede dal\u0161\u00ed asfaltka. Je sice hodn\u011b rozbit\u00e1, kdy\u017e ji p\u0159estali pou\u017e\u00edvat pohrani\u010dn\u00edci, ale jsem optimista,\u201c uv\u00e1d\u00ed Ritter, jen\u017e v\u011b\u0159\u00ed, \u017ee napojen\u00ed na polskou trasu je jen ot\u00e1zkou \u010dasu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">D\u00e1lkov\u00e1 cyklotrasa ER-2 prot\u00edn\u00e1 polskou stranu Krkono\u0161, ale snad ani nem\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt odli\u0161n\u011bj\u0161\u00ed od t\u00e9 \u010desk\u00e9. Oproti na\u0161emu krkolomn\u00e9mu profilu je ne\u010dekan\u011b m\u00edrn\u011b zvln\u011bn\u00e1, romantiku j\u00ed dokresluj\u00ed ledovcov\u00e1 jezera a jedna z jej\u00edch \u201eodno\u017e\u00ed\u201c \u2013 turisticky vd\u011b\u010dn\u00e1 Sudetsk\u00e1 silnice (Droga Sudecka) \u2013 vede a\u017e do Orlick\u00fdch hor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Stezka mechu a pern\u00edku se mo\u017en\u00e1 za\u010dne stav\u011bt p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00ed rok<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pom\u011brn\u011b ne\u010dekan\u00fd posun se odehr\u00e1l rovn\u011b\u017e v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b cyklospojky Hradce a Pardubic. U Bukoviny se sice st\u00e1le nechce vzd\u00e1t sv\u00e9 p\u016fdy n\u011bkolik soukrom\u00fdch majitel\u016f, av\u0161ak pokrok v p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b Stezky mechu a pern\u00edku je p\u0159esto zaj\u00edmav\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eMezi Hradce Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 a Vysokou nad Labem a rovn\u011b\u017e u D\u0159\u00edt\u010de a N\u011bm\u010dic bychom mohli \u017e\u00e1dat o \u00fazemn\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 n\u00e1m\u011bstek hradeck\u00e9ho prim\u00e1tora Jind\u0159ich Vedlich. Beznad\u011bjn\u00e9 nen\u00ed ani z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed nutn\u00fdch parcel u Bukoviny. \u201eP\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00ed rok bychom cht\u011bli uvolnit zhruba \u010dty\u0159i miliony korun, kter\u00e9 budou podstatn\u00e9 pro v\u00fdkup pozemk\u016f. O tento v\u00fddaj by se mohly rovn\u00fdm d\u00edlem pod\u011blit m\u011bsto a kraj,\u201c navazuje Vedlich. Podle n\u011bho by se mohlo za\u010d\u00edt stav\u011bt u\u017e p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00ed rok, nejpozd\u011bji v\u0161ak v roce 2015.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hradeck\u00fd n\u00e1m\u011bstek na\u0161el d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9ho spojence \u201emechopern\u00edkov\u00e9\u201c trasy v Pardubic\u00edch, kde to \u010dekal asi nejm\u00e9n\u011b. \u201eVelk\u00fd kus pr\u00e1ce n\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed krajsk\u00e9mu radn\u00edmu Ren\u00e9 \u017divn\u00e9mu, dosud se toti\u017e Pardubick\u00fd kraj stav\u011bl sp\u00ed\u0161 rezervovan\u011b,\u201c vysv\u011btluje.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pardubick\u00fd kraj by se v ide\u00e1ln\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b m\u011bl pod\u00edlet rovn\u011b\u017e na financov\u00e1n\u00ed. \u201eTen zp\u016fsob ale je\u0161t\u011b budeme hledat,\u201c dod\u00e1v\u00e1 n\u00e1m\u011bstek prim\u00e1tora. P\u0159ipraven\u00fd je model s pod\u00edlem obou m\u011bst i kraj\u016f, p\u0159itom dotac\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159isp\u011bt Fond dopravn\u00ed infrastruktury.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>FAKTA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sudetsk\u00e1 silnice Je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed p\u00e1te\u0159n\u00ed polsk\u00e9 cyklotrasy ER-2. Za\u010dala se budovat ve 30. letech 20. stolet\u00ed, jej\u00ed stavbu dozoroval mar\u0161\u00e1l Hermann G\u00f6ring a v\u00fdznam byl strategick\u00fd. Droga Sudecka za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 v podh\u016f\u0159\u00ed Jizersk\u00fdch hor, kon\u010d\u00ed u Paczk\u00f3wa a nyn\u00ed propojuje turisticky velmi atraktivn\u00ed c\u00edle.
