Pl\u00e1novan\u00e1 stavba mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b strategick\u00e9ho v\u00fdznamu doplatila na ne\u00fam\u011brnou finan\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1ro\u010dnost, ale hlavn\u011b \u201ese zjistilo\u201c, \u017ee by doprav\u011b v Hradci Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 jen p\u0159it\u00ed\u017eila. M\u00edsto mimo\u00farov\u0148ov\u00e9 k\u0159i\u017eovatky vznikne mnohem men\u0161\u00ed a levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed d\u00edlo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><strong>HRADEC KR\u00c1LOV\u00c9\u00a0<\/strong> Jeden\u00e1ct let pr\u00e1ce, pap\u00edrov\u00fdch bitev a p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed o ide\u00e1lnosti zvolen\u00e9ho \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed bylo \u00fapln\u011b na nic. Gigantick\u00e1 k\u0159i\u017eovatka Mileta s jistotou z\u016fstane pouze na pap\u00ed\u0159e.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">U\u017e 30 let se v\u00ed o tom, \u017ee nejslab\u0161\u00ed m\u00edsto hradeck\u00e9ho silni\u010dn\u00edho okruhu zoufale pot\u0159ebuje zm\u011bnu. A kdy\u017e v l\u00e9t\u011b 2002 \u201etrojkoalice\u201c \u0158editelstv\u00ed silnic a d\u00e1lnic (\u0158SD) &#8211; m\u011bsto &#8211; krajsk\u00fd \u00fa\u0159ad slavnostn\u011b p\u0159edstavila vizualizace monstr\u00f3zn\u00ed k\u0159i\u017eovatky odhadem za 415 milion\u016f korun, hovo\u0159ilo se o term\u00ednu dokon\u010den\u00ed v srpnu 2006.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Projekt, kter\u00fd p\u0159e\u017eil dev\u011bt ministr\u016f dopravy, v\u00edt\u011bzn\u011b pro\u0161el mnoha administrativn\u00edmi \u00fakony a st\u00e1le m\u00e1 platn\u00e9 \u00fazemn\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed, pos\u00edl\u00e1 do hrobu krom\u011b nedostatku pen\u011bz vz\u00e1cn\u011b jednotn\u00fd n\u00e1zor dopravn\u00edch expert\u016f. Podle informac\u00ed MF DNES ho brzy zru\u0161\u00ed i spole\u010dn\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed radnice a kraje.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ob\u0159\u00ed mimo\u00farov\u0148ov\u00e1 k\u0159i\u017eovatka se \u010dty\u0159pruhov\u00fdm podjezdem je najednou zcela zbyte\u010dn\u00e1 a pr\u00fd by p\u0159id\u011blala jen spoustu pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eJe to brut\u00e1ln\u00ed stavba, kter\u00e1 by jen naru\u0161ila provoz. Je pravda, \u017ee kolony u Milety by byly minulost\u00ed. Jen\u017ee by se okam\u017eit\u011b vytvo\u0159ily na ostatn\u00edch k\u0159i\u017eovatk\u00e1ch. Ta stavba se takhle bl\u00edzko od hradeck\u00e9ho centra v\u016fbec nehod\u00ed, proto\u017ee je to sp\u00ed\u0161 bari\u00e9ra,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Zbyn\u011bk Sperat z Centra dopravn\u00edho v\u00fdzkumu, kter\u00fd je spoluautorem \u010derstv\u00e9ho dopravn\u00edho auditu m\u011bsta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Podle dob\u0159e informovan\u00e9ho zdroje p\u016fjde projekt star\u00e9 Milety definitivn\u011b p\u0159es palubu pr\u00e1v\u011b dnes na rokov\u00e1n\u00ed krajsk\u00fdch a m\u011bstsk\u00fdch \u0161pi\u010dek. Do hry toti\u017e vstupuje zcela nov\u00e1 studie, kter\u00e1 je o v\u00edce ne\u017e 300 milion\u016f levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a p\u0159itom efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. \u201eNov\u00e1 k\u0159i\u017eovatka by se m\u011bla vej\u00edt maxim\u00e1ln\u011b do 100 milion\u016f korun. Bude to sice pon\u011bkud omezen\u00e9, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 funk\u010dn\u00ed dopravn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed,\u201c slibuje \u0161\u00e9f hradeck\u00e9 pobo\u010dky \u0158SD Marek Novotn\u00fd. Tak\u00e9 on se domn\u00edv\u00e1, \u017ee p\u016fvodn\u00ed velkorys\u00fd n\u00e1vrh je na nic: \u201eTranzit aut se stejn\u011b s dobudov\u00e1n\u00edm takzvan\u00e9 severn\u00ed tangenty bude odehr\u00e1vat jinde.\u201c<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O n\u00e1klady se p\u016fvodn\u011b rovn\u00fdm d\u00edlem m\u011bly postarat st\u00e1t, kraj a m\u011bsto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rovn\u011b\u017e radnice nyn\u00ed prosazuje, aby Mileta z\u016fstala pouze na pap\u00ed\u0159e. \u201eJe to tak. Sna\u017e\u00edme se o zm\u011bnu \u00fazemn\u00edho rozhodnut\u00ed, aby se cel\u00e1 stavba maxim\u00e1ln\u011b zjednodu\u0161ila a zlevnila. Na stole je v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b hned n\u011bkolik zaj\u00edmav\u00fdch \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed,\u201c sd\u011bluje n\u00e1m\u011bstek prim\u00e1tora Jind\u0159ich Vedlich.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vy\u010dk\u00e1vac\u00ed taktiku navrhuje b\u00fdval\u00fd krajsk\u00fd radn\u00ed pro dopravu Josef Je\u0161ina. \u201eSama o sob\u011b by Mileta dopravu v\u016fbec nez\u0159edila, proto\u017ee by byly pot\u0159eba dal\u0161\u00ed velmi n\u00e1kladn\u00e9 k\u0159i\u017eovatky. V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b je n\u00e1por dopravy na st\u0159ed m\u011bsta obrovsk\u00fd, ale mo\u017en\u00e1 by se m\u011blo po\u010dkat, co s n\u00ed ud\u011bl\u00e1 dokon\u010den\u00ed d\u00e1lnice do Ploti\u0161\u0165,\u201c uva\u017euje dopravn\u00ed odborn\u00edk.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>K\u0159i\u017eovatka Mileta jde k ledu, projekt kon\u010d\u00ed po 11 letech<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P\u0159\u00e1n\u00ed Je\u0161iny se spln\u00ed. Kdy\u017e p\u016fjde v\u0161e podle pl\u00e1n\u016f, d\u00e1lnice D11 k bran\u00e1m m\u011bsta doraz\u00ed v \u0159\u00edjnu 2014 a projekt nov\u00e9 Milety v tu dobu je\u0161t\u011b bude s jistotou tvrd\u011b sp\u00e1t. \u201eSice je katastrofa, \u017ee se jedna k\u0159i\u017eovatka ve m\u011bst\u011b \u0159e\u0161\u00ed tak neuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u011b dlouho, ale nyn\u00ed to u\u017e skute\u010dn\u011b vypad\u00e1 docela re\u00e1ln\u011b,\u201c mysl\u00ed si \u0161\u00e9f hradeck\u00e9 pobo\u010dky \u0158SD Novotn\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zat\u00edmco starou Miletu zahubily p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 velk\u00e1 finan\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1ro\u010dnost a nepot\u0159ebnost, ve h\u0159e se udr\u017eely dva men\u0161\u00ed kruhov\u00e9 objezdy u fakultn\u00ed nemocnice. D\u016fvod? Zcela nevyhovuj\u00edc\u00ed zp\u016fsob vyj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed z are\u00e1lu \u0161pit\u00e1lu. Kruhov\u00e1 k\u0159i\u017eovatka, kter\u00e1 dostala pracovn\u00ed jm\u00e9no Zborovsk\u00e1, by v\u0161ak \u0159e\u0161ila v\u00edce probl\u00e9m\u016f nar\u00e1z: napojen\u00ed nemocnice, univerzitn\u00edho kampusu, star\u00e9 T\u0159eb\u0161e, v\u00fdjezd z\u00e1chrann\u00fdch voz\u016f i Bene\u0161ovy t\u0159\u00eddy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dal\u0161\u00edm argumentem proti stavb\u011b mimo\u00farov\u0148ov\u00e9 Milety byla obava o ne\u00fam\u011brn\u00e9 zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed okoln\u00edch k\u0159i\u017eovatek, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v\u0161ak Brn\u011bnsk\u00e9. \u201eTak\u00e9 tato k\u0159i\u017eovatka projde zm\u011bnami. Uprav\u00ed se pokud mo\u017eno nejsnadn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm zp\u016fsobem tak, aby m\u011bla co nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed kapacitu,\u201c dod\u00e1v\u00e1 Novotn\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">***<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>FAKTA<\/strong> K\u0159i\u017eovatka Mileta a jej\u00ed prom\u011bny velkorys\u00e1 varianta<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pr\u016fm\u011br 90 metr\u016f, dvou\u00farov\u0148ov\u00e1, \u010dty\u0159i podchody i cyklistick\u00e9 stezky. Cena by m\u011bla b\u00fdt do 100 milion\u016f korun. sou\u010dasn\u00e1 Mileta<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">K\u0159i\u017eovatka u fakultn\u00ed nemocnice je bezkonkuren\u010dn\u011b nejvyt\u00ed\u017een\u011bj\u0161\u00ed komunikac\u00ed v cel\u00e9m Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9hradeck\u00e9m kraji.
