N\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed pl\u00e1novan\u00e1 trasa \u0159e\u0161\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed bezbari\u00e9rov\u00e9ho prost\u0159ed\u00ed m\u011bsta a napojuje se i na jednu ze st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch bezbari\u00e9rov\u00fdch tras.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more-->C\u00edlem projektu je od prvopo\u010d\u00e1tku bezbari\u00e9rov\u011b propojit \u00fa\u0159ady, kulturn\u00ed a zdravotnick\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed \u010di \u0161koly ve m\u011bst\u011b tak, aby byl pohyb mezi t\u011bmito objekty ob\u010dansk\u00e9 vybavenosti fyzicky co nejsnaz\u0161\u00ed a p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd. Prvn\u00ed t\u0159i trasy, kter\u00e9 u\u017e slou\u017e\u00ed ve\u0159ejnosti, se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed bl\u00edzko historick\u00e9ho centra m\u011bsta. \u010ctvrt\u00e1 trasa p\u0159ev\u00e1d\u00ed bezpe\u010dn\u011b a bez p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eek obyvatele do velmi frekventovan\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti modern\u00edho centra m\u011bsta. Z\u00e1sadn\u00ed roli tu sehr\u00e1v\u00e1 i prov\u00e1zanost s n\u00edzkopodla\u017en\u00ed m\u011bstskou hromadnou dopravou, kter\u00e1 obsluhuje tuto \u010d\u00e1st m\u011bsta velk\u00fdm po\u010dtem linek a spoj\u016f. Samotn\u00e1 rekonstrukce nespo\u010d\u00edvala jen v obnov\u011b havarijn\u00edch povrch\u016f chodn\u00edk\u016f, sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed obrubn\u00edk\u016f a n\u00e1jezd\u016f a v instalaci nav\u00e1d\u011bc\u00edch prvk\u016f pro nevidom\u00e9. Podpora t\u011bchto dopravn\u011b-bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch opat\u0159en\u00ed se dle \u00fadaj\u016f Policie \u010cR p\u0159\u00edzniv\u011b odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed ve sni\u017euj\u00edc\u00edch se statistik\u00e1ch v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdch dopravn\u00edch nehod chodc\u016f.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eBudov\u00e1n\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed trasy je nav\u00e1zan\u00e9 i na samostatn\u011b p\u0159ipravovan\u00e9 investice m\u011bsta v\u010detn\u011b pl\u00e1novan\u00fdch oprav m\u00edstn\u00edch komunikac\u00ed. Bezbari\u00e9rov\u00e1 trasa \u201eE\u201c je navr\u017eena do \u00fazem\u00ed m\u011bsta, kde jsou pravideln\u011b zaznamen\u00e1v\u00e1ny jedny z nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch intenzit chodc\u016f ve m\u011bst\u011b. Spoj\u00ed tedy centrum m\u011bsta s jeho ji\u017en\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed. Trasa za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed Svobody, vede p\u0159es Pra\u017esk\u00fd most, ulici Mosteckou, \u010ceskoslovensk\u00e9 arm\u00e1dy, Komensk\u00e9ho, Ign\u00e1ta Hermanna, Orlick\u00e9 n\u00e1b\u0159e\u017e\u00ed a\u017e na Hradeckou ulici. Trasa je rozd\u011blena na dva \u00faseky s term\u00ednem dokon\u010den\u00ed 2014 a 2015,\u201c vysv\u011btluje Jind\u0159ich Vedlich, n\u00e1m\u011bstek prim\u00e1tora pro rozvoj m\u011bsta. Dod\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b je z\u00e1m\u011br t\u00e9to p\u00e1t\u00e9 trasy ve f\u00e1zi p\u0159edlo\u017een\u00ed \u00da\u0159adu vl\u00e1dy \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky, kter\u00fd by m\u011bl rozhodnout o jeho schv\u00e1len\u00ed. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b schv\u00e1len\u00ed z\u00e1m\u011bru m\u016f\u017ee m\u011bsto spolu s Biskupsk\u00fdm gymn\u00e1ziem \u017e\u00e1dat na podzim o dotaci na realizaci bezbari\u00e9rov\u00fdch \u00faprav. Biskupsk\u00e9 gymn\u00e1zium, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1 projektovou dokumentaci na bezbari\u00e9rovost objektu ji\u017e p\u0159ipravenu, tak spolu s m\u011bstem vyhov\u00ed podm\u00ednk\u00e1m vypsan\u00e9ho dota\u010dn\u00edho titulu. Ten podmi\u0148uje schv\u00e1len\u00ed z\u00e1m\u011bru a n\u00e1sledn\u00e9mu p\u0159id\u011blen\u00ed dotace spolu\u00fa\u010dast\u00ed alespo\u0148 jednoho bezbari\u00e9rov\u00e9ho objektu ob\u010dansk\u00e9 vybavenosti na trase.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Na prvn\u00ed t\u0159i etapy, kter\u00e9 proch\u00e1zej\u00ed centrem Hradce, m\u011bsto z\u00edskalo finan\u010dn\u00ed dotace ze St\u00e1tn\u00edho fondu dopravn\u00ed infrastruktury. Za \u010dtvrtou trasu radnice zaplatila 10,5 milionu korun. Mimo dota\u010dn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st projektu M\u011bsto svobodn\u00e9ho pohybu Technick\u00e9 slu\u017eby Hradec Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 upravuj\u00ed bari\u00e9rov\u00e9 p\u0159echody pro chodce na bezbari\u00e9rov\u00e9 s vod\u00edc\u00edmi a orienta\u010dn\u00edmi prvky pro nevidom\u00e9. \u201eP\u0159echody pro chodce a m\u00edsta pro p\u0159ech\u00e1zen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 budeme opravovat \u010di opravujeme, jsou bezbari\u00e9rov\u011b upravov\u00e1ny v souladu s platnou legislativou a vyhovuj\u00ed tedy osob\u00e1m se sn\u00ed\u017eenou pohybovou schopnost\u00ed, nevidom\u00fdm, slabozrak\u00fdm ale nap\u0159\u00edklad i rodi\u010d\u016fm s ko\u010d\u00e1rky. Stejn\u00e1 pravidla plat\u00ed i pro firmy, kter\u00e9 komplexn\u00ed opravy chodn\u00edk\u016f prov\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed na z\u00e1klad\u011b v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00fdch \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Tom\u00e1\u0161 Posp\u00ed\u0161il z Technick\u00fdch slu\u017eeb Hradec Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Kudy m\u011bstem bez p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eek?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Trasa A<\/strong> propojuje prostor p\u0159ed budovou Magistr\u00e1tu m\u011bsta Hradec Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 (MmHK) s kulturn\u011b spole\u010densk\u00fdm centrem \u201eAdalbertinum\u201c pod\u00e9l Gayerov\u00fdch kas\u00e1ren a d\u00e1le s budovou L\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9 fakulty UK v Hradci Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9. \u00dapravy p\u0159ed budovou MmHK budou realizov\u00e1ny samostatn\u011b v r\u00e1mci celkov\u00e9ho \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed tohoto p\u0159edprostoru.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Trasa B<\/strong> vede po Eli\u0161\u010din\u011b n\u00e1b\u0159e\u017e\u00ed do lokality Aldis. Na t\u00e9to trase se nach\u00e1z\u00ed nap\u0159. budova Muzea v\u00fdchodn\u00edch \u010cech, Sokola HK, Filharmonie Hradec Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 a m\u011bstsk\u00fdch l\u00e1zn\u00ed v\u010detn\u011b baz\u00e9nu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Trasou C<\/strong> je zaji\u0161t\u011bno propojen\u00ed p\u0159edprostoru u budovy MmHK s krajsk\u00fdm soudem a d\u00e1le s objekty na Posp\u00ed\u0161ilov\u011b t\u0159. N\u011bmcov\u00e9, SP\u0160 stavebn\u00ed, po\u0161ta, LDN).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Trasa D<\/strong> soused\u00ed s komplexem \u0161kol na Tylov\u011b n\u00e1b\u0159e\u017e\u00ed, kter\u00e9 propojuje Ulrichovo n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed a d\u00e1le ulic\u00ed K. H.
